By the time you guys read this, I will most likely be sitting in class, starting my dreaded school year. Uggghhhh....
Well! I'm in a good mood this morning. From my perspective right now, school starts tomorrow, so I might as well write as much as I can before then. I guess I'll stick to that 5k word chapter for now. It's more enjoyable that way.
Also, I'm starting a club. It's called LHDVAMHDASPD, Let's Hunt Down Victor and Make Him Die a Slow Painful Death. Who'd like to join? :)
I do NOT own the image above!
I have nothing more to say than that I don't own Fairy Tail and to enjoy this chapter!
Thank you for the 1k votes! Ya'll are AMAZEBALLS!
~~Two Months Prior~~
Heads turned as a large pair of doors burst open. Eyes widened when they beheld the reason behind the intrusion of peace.
"LYON!"
The Lamia Scale members rushed in worry towards their unconscious friend, who was being carried on Jura's back. The wizard saint gently rested the ice make wizard on a nearby table, sweat on his brow. "Jura, what happened to him?!" Shelia cried.
"I wish I could answer that, but I'm afraid I don't understand the circumstances any more than you do," the man replied, his tone calm, but etched with concern.
Toby growled. Sherry was at a loss for words. Yuka stared in disbelief.
"That Lyon! Just what heap of trouble did he get into this time?!" an unpleasant voice snarled. Ooba, guildmaster of Lamia Scale, walked towards the group, twirling her finger at an alarming rate that made a few members back away from her. "He'll be gettin' a good spin once he's unlucky enough to wake up."
Shelia laughed nervously. "That would probably just knock him out again, so that may not be the best idea, old hag."
As if right on cue, Lyon began stirring on his spot. "Aha!" Ooba cried. "Get ready, Lyon!"
"Master, if I may," Jura told the old woman. Ooba gave Jura a look, but then surrendered with a sigh. "Oh, alright, Jura."
The earth wizard stepped closer to the now waking silver-haired man. Lyon's eyes opened slowly. His guild members looked down at him with relief, but kept quiet. "Lyon, are you awake?" Jura asked him gently. Lyon groaned a bit and pressed a palm on his head. "I guess, I just have a massive headache. Other than that, I'm awake and alright," the ice mage replied in a groggy voice.
"What's the last thing you remember before passing out?" Yuka asked him urgently.
Lyon closed his eyes to ease the pain a bit and tried to concentrate. He didn't have a clue what may have happened to him, but he did remember one thing.
At that memory, his sharp eyes shot open in remembrance. "Juvia!"
His outburst caused his friends to stumble back a bit in alert, until they realized what he'd said. "Juvia?" Shelia asked him. It wasn't jealousy, or irritation. It was just pure surprise.
"What about her?" the wizard saint questioned. Lyon's wide eyes zipped towards Jura. "I saw her! She was here!" he cried, frantically.
