Chapter 3

Dan's POV:

It's bloody freezing out here but no Phil wanted to go for a walk, but it was a nice night. Then he disappeared from right next to me,I frantically looked around for him but I couldn't find him

"Hey Dan!"Phil yelled from a distance

"Wait, what? where fuck are you!" I yelled back

"I'm over here Howell,"he said hopping out of an alley and chucking a snow ball at my face

"That's it Phil your gonna get it,"I shouted as I ran towards him with a snow ball. He ran around the corner but he disappeared all there was,was a police box. 'Wait a minute a police box what is this the fucking 60's' I thought to myself. I dropped the snow and opened the door a crack "Phil,you in here?"I knocked

"Dan you gotta see this!"Phil said with amazement in his voice

"Phil what's so amazing about a police box.Its just a stupid wooden box,right?"I said,then I heard humming

"Um,Dan you might wanna open your eyes,"he said,poking me.

I opened my eyes to see what looked like an alien control room.

"Woah! this is definitely more amazing then a regular police box." I said in awe as I stroked its consul

"What do you think this thing is?"Phil said,leaning on the bars

"It says she's called the tardis!" I said,listening closely to the tardis' hums.

I've never felt so at home this thing is amazing, Phil giggled"Wait,wait,wait Dan did you just say this thing is a she and she talked to you? How is this thing talking?"he said trying to hold back the rest of his giggles

"Yes,she talks. Do you hear the humming that's her talking," I said,putting my head to the consul

"Um,Dan are you ok. We just found this thing and you know a lot of creepy things about a box." Phil said keeping his distance from me

"Shhh Phil! It's telling me how to work her,and you know she's not just a box! You came in here before me and you were in awe. This more then a box she's a tardis and it's bigger on the inside,we were both thinking that right?"I said,putting my hands on levers

"Wait what does this thing do Dan,I'm really confused?"he said, getting up and standing next to me.

I looked up at Phil with a huge grin, "She travels throughout time and space!" I yelled,there were many echoes that followed

"No way dude,this is huge and it's teaching you how to drive it!" Phil screeched with excitement

"Phil I have one question my friend,where do you want to go in all of time and space?"I said mischievously with a smirk

"I'd start out with something not to dangerous,how about the first ever Muse concert. Wait no,no how about their last, I want to see how long Muse is together!"he said,with such happiness

"Hell,man we could go to both,and see the stars and be back by the same time we left."I said,straightening the monitor.

I wrapped my hands around the leavers "It's great to be home,"I whispered under my breath as I started pulling leavers. We started getting rocked back and forth,"Hang on Phil it's gonna be a bumpy ride!"I shouted,over the loud noise of the tardis.
