With a wave of my fingers, my gown appears on my body.
Another wave and my hair is done. I come out of my dormitory and Millicent gasps. "You're so beautiful, Viperine! Draco won't be able to take his eyes off of you!" She compliments. I blush under my blush. She and I head to the ballroom. We stop at the top of the staircase. Our dates, Draco and another Slytherin named Blaise, stand at the base of the staircase, along with my brother and Ron. Draco smiles wide looking up at me. She and I descend the staircase and meet our dates at the bottom. Draco holds his arm out for me. I take it. It's time for the Ball to begin.
My brother and I line up with the other champions before we enter the Ball. Draco and I walk proudly in front of the others as we lead them into the Ball. We take our position and the welcoming dance begins. I blush as Draco places his hand on my waist. The dance starts. Draco twirls me and then hoists me into the air. I grin widely.
