~ Ashley"s POV ~

What is Conner doing here. He hissed at me showing is fangs and narrowed his eyes at me. I stepped back showing him I wasn't going to attack him. When I did this he looked at me confused.

" What are you doing? I'm a vampire on your lands, why aren't you attacking me?" He asked. I melted a his voice. WAIT what. I looked behind me and saw shorts and a shirt that were clearly to big for me but whatever I went behind the tree, shifted back, and put the clothes on but leaving the shorts because they kept falling. Luckily the shirt went down tho my knees.

When I walked out in the open. I looked up at Connor and heard him gasp. The next thing I know I'm being embraced by him and shocks were shooting up both of my arms and my waist. I gasped when I heard Alexis ( My vampire ) yell my mind.

" MINE!" She yelled.

" But we already have Adrian as our mate." I said to Alexis.

" No, that's Trish's mate. This is mine." She said like that was the most obvious thing.

"Mine." Conner whispered in my ear making my shiver slightly. I pulled back and cupped his face.

" How are you here? How are you alive I thought they killed you." I asked he chuckled and looked into my eyes.

" It's actually its the other way around I killed them but you were unconscious and before I got to you they ran off.  5 years later here I am looking into the beautiful eyes of my mate." He said with a dazzling smile that made my heart flutter.

" I never stopped looking for you." He said after a minute of silence. I took my head off his shoulder and looked up at his eyes and smiled. He suddenly crashed his lips to mine and sparks flew everywhere. I smiled and kissed back but we pulled back when we heard paws hitting the ground coming from thnsciouse direction of the pack house. My eyes widen when I realized it was Adrian. Conner got in front of me in a protective stance.

" We need to leave." Conner said looking back at me pulling me to the borders of the land.

No, I can't leave." I said trying to pull my arm out of his grip.

" What do you mean you can't." He yelled at me making me flinch back from his tone.

" There's something I need to tell y-" I didn't get the chance to finish my sentence before I saw wolves come out from behind Mason and started growling.

" NO!" I scream as I watched as a wolf tackle Conner to the ground. I quickly said a spell and watched as the wolf fell to the ground unconscious. But other wolves started to tackle Conner to. I felt arms wrap around my waist and by the sparks I knew it was Adrian. I turned around and face Adrian and said.

" Let him go." I said with pleading eyes.

" Why?" He asked with confusion written all over his face. That's when I let Alexis take control. She opened her eyes and they were blood red and she yelled.

" HE'S MY MATE GET THE HELL OF OF HIM BEFORE I RIP ALL YOUR HEADS OFF!!!" She yelled and everyone flinched and all the wolves that were on Conner were instantly off.

" Who are you?" Adrian asked Alexis. She snapped her head in his direction and said.

" I'm Alexis, Ashley's vampire." Adrian's eyes widen in surprise. Conner stood up dusting his pants off and walked over to me.

" Ok Alexis, Please give us Ashley so she could explain what's going on." Asked Conner. Alexis just groaned in response.

" Fine, but only on one condition." Alexis said crossing our arms over our chest.

" And what would that be?" Conner asks smirking.

" You have to kiss me." She said making Adrian growl but Conner and Alexis ignored him.

" Ok." Conner said and leaned down and kissed Alexis. A tingling sensation was going through our lips as soon as our lips met and Adrian growled but they kept going. Alexis put her arms around his neck and he grabbed our waist. I slowly got control back but never pulled back from the kiss. A minute later we both pulled back, out of breath. I look at him to see he was looking back at me. I smile knowing that my first love was here in my arms. God I sound like a boy.

" Ok we get it lets go back to the house." Adrian lowly growled out walking in the direction of the pack house while everybody followed him. I look at him to see him glaring at me. Wait. Oh he's glaring at Conner who was holding my waist.

" Adrian are you ok?" I ask him. My smile falling when he said.

" Yeah, just peachy. Knowing my mate just kissed another guy." He whispered the last part but I heard it. I got out of Conner's grip and walked to Adrian.

" Baby, are u mad at me?" I ask him.

He sighed. " I just don't like the fact that I have to share you. Your supposed to be mine and only mine. Not his, I found you first." He said with a sad look on his face making my heart break knowing that I'm the one causing the pain. Trish whimpered in my head.

" Don't think bad of him please." I ask with puppy dog eyes.

" And why should I he's practically taking you away from me." He said scowling at the ground, avoiding eye contact with me. I grabbed his face and brought his eyes to mine. I smiled at the pout that played on his lips.

" He helped me survive. If he wasn't there I wouldn't be here with you today." I said my smile dropping at the thought.

" What do you mean ' He helped ' you survive? What happened?" He asked worry replacing his sad look.

" I have a lot to explain." I said more to myself but loud enough for Adrian to hear.

" Yes, yes you have a LOT to explain." He said as we made our way to the pack house holding hands.
