~ Ashley's POV ~

* BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP *

I open my eyes only to be greeted by a blinding light which makes me squint my eyes. After a minute my eyes adjust to the bright light making me realize that I'm in a hospital bed. I look around and see Connor on the left side of me asleep and Adrian on the right side of me also asleep. I smile at the sight of my two mates sleeping peacefully. I reach my hand up and carefully place it on Adrian's head feeling his incredibly soft hair. He suddenly jumps up into a attack position ready to attack anyone in the room. His eyes soften when they meet mine making me smile. I look to Conner who was stirring in his sleep, he lifts his head and look at me.

I gasp in shock. Conner's right eye was swollen and black and blue. I instantly start shooting questions at Adrian.

" WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CONNER'S EYE!!" I scream in Adrian's face making him take a step back.

" It's a funny story actually." He said with a little grin on his face, making him look adorable. Conner chuckles nodding his head.

* Adrian's POV *

I woke up to a blinding light, but it was my light. I sit up slowly and look around my room confused. I quickly remembered what happened and jumped to my feet and ran out of my room with inhuman speed and raced to Conner's room. As soon as I open the door all I see is on one side of the room broken glass scattered all over the floor, and on the other side is Conner on the floor right next to, What looks like a sleeping Ashley. But he was crying and shaking. A second later he realizes I'm here and looks up at me from the floor, with teary eyes.

" Why are you crying?" I ask with a confused look on my face. He's acting like someone just died. He gets to his feet and pulls the blanket that was covering Ashley and I see a dark blue bruise around Ashley's neck making my wolf want to lash out at who touched my baby girl. I start feeling my wolf start to surface but I push him down, shaking uncontrollably.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!?!?" I scream walking over to Conner with a deadly look. He starts to back up and my wolf growls in approval knowing he's scared of us. He should be.

"You think I did this?" He said with wide eyes looking at me like I'm crazy.

"Well you are the only one in the room and she's on the bed UNCONSCIOUS!!" I say, screaming the last word. Once I'm close enough I  grab his neck. I lift him in the air and punch him in the face, giving him a black eye. I drop him and watch as he gasps for air holding his neck.

"What happened?" I ask again in a deadly calm voice.

"My mother." He said breathlessly.

~ Ashley's POV ~

I glare at Adrian as he finishes telling me what he did to Conner. I start taking the IV's out of my arm. I get up out of bed and stalk over to Adrian with a glare.

' You wouldn't hurt him.' I hear Trish say in my head. I sigh knowing she's right I  wouldn't hurt Adrian I love him to much.

I stop and look at Adrian and see him staring back at me with his adorable eyes. I look down and shake my head.
I turn on my heels and walk out of the room and head to Conner's room. As soon as I enter the room I notice the glass from the window was cleaned up off the floor. I walk over to the broken window and look out it to the woods. I sigh as I feel the wind flow through my hair. I turn around and hop in bed, falling asleep as soon as my head it the pillow.

~ Conner's POV ~

I watch Ash walk out of the room, glaring at Adrian on the way out. As soon she leaves the room I look back at Adrian who looks someone he loves and trusted just stabbed him in the back. I walk towards him and reach out to pat him on the back and reassure him that I would talk to Ashley. But as soon as I took one step towards him he starts walking away. He walks out of the room with a heartbroken look. I want to say something but I don't know what to say. I walk out of the room and walk down the hall to my room. Once I open the door and I see Ashley already curled up in bed fast asleep. I feel my vampire purr slightly when he realizes that Ashley is only wearing a sports bra and booty shorts. My eyes widen as I feel a problem begin to form in my pants. I ignore it as much as possible and take my shirt and shorts off and crawl in next to her. I get as close as possible and wrap my arm around her waist and pull her close to me. She turns over and put her face in the crook of my neck, I snuggle closer to her and smile when I feel her breath against my neck. I quietly start thinking of our future.

Would I be able to share Ashley?

Would I be able to handle Ashley mating with Adrian?

Will I live after that?

Will the pain of my mate mating another kill me?

Would I be able to watch Ashley carry both Adrian's and my children?

What if Adrian's and mine DNA's mix in Ashley?

Is there a way to convince Ashley to choose me over him?

Would she?

Or would she choose him over me?

What would I do if she did?
