The Kiss

Tia's P.O.V.

Aman the wolf who just kidnapped me was much more humane and nice than I thought. He made me feel safe. It is obvious that I'm attracted to him, I mean who wouldn't be?? He's tall, handsome and nice to be with. Even acted like a gentleman when he offered to make me coffee at his place. I had a strange urge to make him laugh and make him happy when he was around me. These feeling are the normal kind which a girl would feel towards a guy...but it is not love.

For a second at his house I thought he was going to kiss me. How stupid could I have been??? I even closed my eyes and waited for him only to be dragged down to a rock. Every time he touched me it tingled and made my heart beat like crazy. I was in a daze when he kept me there and got down and stayed beneath like the rest of the people (and wolves) who attended.

Then this handsome guy entered and everyone became silent. Took this ball and muttered something and the ball in his hand began to glow and spin by itself. It spun and it stopped on Aman. He looked surprised and then he moved and the light moved with him. And then the ball spoke "Son of Albatross, Aman." Then the ball spun again to stop at a blonde guy with blue eyes who looked just as surprised as Aman was. The ball spoke to say "Son of Albatross, Raj" and then the guy looked at Aman who had his eyes and mouth both wide open.

The handsome man who looked like the king came forward to call Aman. He looked very much like Aman so I guessing that he might be his elder brother or something like that. He looked at Aman and said "Aman, step forward. You may now kiss the chosen one." Aman looking nervous stepped out of the crowd and bowed before his brother. " As you wish father " and walked towards me. I was in a shock from discovering that the young man was Aman's father when Aman pulled me to him and started kissing me. My hands involuntarily went up to his neck and I started responding to him. The space between us seemed miles and we clung together as if we'd been glued together.

Suddenly I began to feel really cold and I opened my eyes to see a strip of water and leaves with a flowery scent curling around us. I could see fire stripes going up like the ones in music concerts. It disappeared as he pulled back and looked into my eyes. The kiss was not enough to fill my hunger and as if he could read my mind he pulled me back again and started kissing again. I felt really hot and sweaty when I started to put my hands inside his shirt I got distracted again with a stupid noise. Someone stupid man was jobless enough to cough and say "get a room". We both pulled back, hot and sweaty. I didn't have enough guts to look at his face so I looked down. Then the ball spoke again saying "TRUST, LOVE AND PASSION". I looked at Aman confused. Then he explained that the Oracle blesses the new couple with three words which their relationship will rely on.

The oracle stopped spinning and its glow went off and it stopped in the hands of the king. At that moment couple of women followed by a beautiful young woman came and dragged me away from the rock and...... Aman. I felt I was ripped away from something dear to me. He looked so lonely when I looked at him. He managed to give me a small smile. When I was about to open my mouth and scream for Aman to come the young lady who went in the front looked back and smiled with me and said " Darling, no need to worry. We are just taking you to prepare for your wedding tomorrow. As a ritual we don't allow the chosen one and the selected to stay in the same room before the wedding. I'm Alberta by the way. I'm going to be one of your aunts. I'm King's sister. Come my dear......now you may try on a few gowns and choose your wedding gown".

I was taken into a room painted fully white. It is the kind of room every girl dreams of....it was filled with thousands and thousands of gowns from white to black in every shade and every colour on the planet. I tried a few gowns followed by the "ooh" s and "ahh" s of the girls. Then after a while I found 'The Dress'. It fitted me perfectly making me feel like a princess. When I looked at the girls, their teary eyes approved my selection and Alberta said "that my dear is The One."

Then after I took off the dress I was taken into a room and was introduced to the Chosen One's maid- Carla. A short and stout looking girl who had pretty green eyes. She was really talkative. She bowed and welcomed me into the room and offered to help me take a bath which I declined politely. She then proceeded to make the bed for me. I went and took my shower and entered the room which had gone through a makeover. It was filled with lavender scented candles.

"It is to make you sleep quickly and make you relax" explained Carla who was still standing near the door."Thank you" I replied when she smiled and said congratulations on being selected as the prince's wife. I thanked her again.

"I must say ma'm that I've never seen the four elements altogether since king Albatross and his queen kissed". "what it isn't normal for the elements to react at once?"."No ma'm usually it's one or two but all of the elements reacted when you kissed. Now i must leave you ma'm so that you can have a good night sleep and relax".

I dressed up and got into my bed.....and drifted into a world of dreams while thinking about what Carla said...........
