Chapter 55-New Year Party Take 2

Suman-

All were so happy in my happiness, it was indeed a blessing to see them smile because of me, for many of them at some point of my time i had been the reason behind their worries but now i managed to make them all happy.

We wrap up in sometime and the ladies keep on working there, i had pre-informed our clients who were nearby to the new PCT branch, if they've any query they can visit it. I thought of spending alternate days on both places so as to maintain the balance, also today evening was New Year's party at the Malhotra Mansion, Nanu and my family promised to be a part of it around 8pm in the evening. Well New Year party is more of youth but we don't mind the elders joining in too, as they might be cool with it if we have little drinks there?

"Sumo another year comes to an end! How fast was this!"

"yeah, indeed! I never thought this year would be so happening for me! And you also!"

"let's make many more years like this!" he said as he hugged me. Well i want the same, we create new memories together.

It was afternoon, all were busy preparing for the party, no one was bothered to have lunch together, i thought i should take a stand and call everyone because Malhotras have been rushing from here and there since morning, 1st for the inauguration and now the party.

"suno suno suno....!" i said with a loudspeaker in hand, for those who were busy in the garden preparations

"khana taiyaar hai, sab khane aa jao!!" and then i went inside the house and announced the same, after a few seconds they arrive

"Sumo, this is a good idea to call all of us together!" said Pushkar

"the trick to save time and energy! Pushkie!"

"Sumo, you're really so funny!" said Shravan

"what? What is so funny in that?"

I rolled my eyes.

"all of you have been busy since morning, after the 8am breakfast none of you had anything! Its already 4pm! Let's eat something, we need energy for the evening!"

"yeah, i am tired and no energy left..." said Chachi while i see Lalaji flipping plates before anyone took a seat, looking at him all of us laughed.

Varun bhaiya arrived the same moment

"arey Beta you came?" chachi said as she took the 1st bite of her roti.

"yes finally! Suman, how did the inauguration go? Well congratulations once again!"

"thankyou bhaiya, it went well! I made moong dal ka halwa, all of them tasted it, now its your turn!"

"i would love to!" and then he joined us for the late afternoon lunch

"well, you'll must be wandering why i was away from home on the last day of the year, but i purposefully chose this day to sign a deal, and guess what!"

"wow!! That is double celebration news congrats bhaiya!" said Pushkar, later all of them congratulated including me.

"not double but triple celebration! Because it is new year!"

The evening came real quick. All of us chose a good dress for the evening, this time i thought let's gift Shravan a suit which would suit him, well men don't actually have good designs when it comes to shirts and pants but i had bought him a grey coat and black shirt from Mumbai secretly when we were on our honeymoon part 2 . it was my plan to gift him on new year. I still remember last year's new year when i had gifted him the ballroom couple showpiece, i hope he likes it.
