Tyler stood in his full body mirror.
He had on a black tennis skirt with a pink jumper.
He took a deep breath and walked out of his room to go wait in the living room for Josh.
Melanie could tell he was nervous and went to sit by him on the couch.
He smiled sadly at her.
"You're gonna be okay. Josh is going to be with you. If you want to leave just let him know, I'm sure he'll be fine with it." She said.
He nodded, trying to keep his breathing at a steady pace.
He failed when a loud knock at the door sounded, causing him to jump.
Melanie winced at the loud noise, knowing how they upset Tyler.
She got up to answer the door.
Josh stood there with a panicked face.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to knock that loud." He rushed out.
Melanie dismissed it and went back over to Tyler who was shaking slightly.
Josh frowned.
"Josh is here." Melanie whispered.
Tyler looked up and he instantly started to feel better.
He smiled and stood up.
Josh's eyes raked over the boy, who blushed under his stare.
"Why are you so beautiful?" Josh asked.
The small boys cheeks heated up more then they already we're.
He was still a little nervous but he followed Josh out of the apartment and into his car.
As they drove Josh set his hand on Tyler's thigh.
Tyler stared at it for a few seconds.
"Shit I'm sorry." Josh panicked and removed his hand.
Tyler smiled and gently slid his small hand into Josh's much bigger one giving it a tiny squeeze to show him it was alright.
Josh smiled softly back at him.
All the anxiety Tyler was feeling earlier had disappeared once he was with Josh.
They had a great night and when Josh dropped Tyler back off at his and Melanie's place he didn't want Josh to go and since he had no other way of saying it he just attached himself to Josh.
"Tyler come on Josh has to get home." Melanie said trying to pry the boy off of him.
Tyler pouted and tightened his arms around Josh.
"Tyler, love, I do have to get home." Josh spoke quietly.
Tyler looked up at him with puppy eyes.
"How about I go lay with you til you fall asleep then I'll go home?" Josh suggested.
Tyler gladly nodded and dragged Josh off down the hall.
