Chapter 10: Walking Could Be A Hassle

- Mikey's P.O.V -

"Well, took you long enough", My brother conveyed it out. Me and Ray were very anxious to spat out the answer on why we were out there. I looked around my surroundings, there are peoples gathered around here. Me as an antisocial I am, didn't really want to speak either way. Ray also looked a little bit concerned to me.

"We were just talking for a moment back there", I could feel my sweat running through my body. "For a second there, I thought you were hurt", The female Toro stated.

- Reader's P.O.V -

It's time to introduce them the gang.

"Gerard, Mikey, this is my gang", you motioned them to signify the group.

"Heya, my name is Jigsaw Inferno, people called me the succulent".

"Hi!", he waved at them, "My name is Patrick Stump, an yo! I got a soul voice, just watch me". "HEYAYEYAYAYEEYEEYAAAAAAA" (I swear to geesus, I need more references).

"Hey," he sounds bashful then ever,"The name's Korunage Blossomfort, friends called me the flower boy, guess you can tell".

Mikey and Gerard seems to be impressed by this unworthy of a group. You were pleased by the results. But you can tell that there's something off with Mikey, meh... you thought and let the thought slip through the noggin of yours.

"So, this is our shitty gang" Ray stated.

"But I need you guys to go to the cemetery, Cemetery Drive, there's something that we need to discuss with you"

- Ray's P.O.V -

Uh-oh, I forgot about that part. I'm gonna need to discuss my plan quickly to (Y/N). My worries of the possibility of shit happens to Mikey rushing to my head like your on a subway rush. That moment that all froze. Worrying, for him, I'm not okay, I'm not o-fucking- kay. Possibility are relentless like legends are waiting to be told.

"That's enough for today's meeting, conclusion-" Jigsaw writing something down on that sentence, she made a pretty sufficient secretary.

"This meeting, introducing ourselves to the way brothers" She spoke loudly enough to make to ground shook. More less, she recorded every meeting we have.

We're there just doing our 'Good bye salute' to each other. While the brothers just stare at us. "What's that?" Mikey just plastered a confused face, seemingly know that it's just a group thing. But deep down I'm still sensing that Mikey is scared from the conversation.

- Reader's P.O.V -

You were waiting for the day when the test really determines of which the Way brothers truly past it. Ray excused himself to walk with Mikey. Well, it seems in the first, but I'm seeing that they are really cute together.

No worries there. Or they are sharing some sort of information. That's what you thought. Hesitation in every step of the way.

"Um... Hello?"

You were occupied seeing Ray and Mikey walking in the distance, that you've forgotten about Gerard's existence. Glancing over your back, you both share a glare that's for some say it's unpleasing to see. You've intertwined with your fingers.

"So, we're the only one's here", Gerard broke the silence.

"Yep"

"Oh yeah, umm..."

- Gerard's P.O.V -
We, WE are in an awkward situation here. Need help please. I could feel the heat rising up to my face. Flashing out a crimson blush.

"Yo... You.. wa... Na...uhhh...."

"You want me, to walk you home? Is that it?"

I just nodded rapidly. May insecurities just flow into my view. And shit could happen.

"It's because I don't know the way home."

Splatting out that thought back there. To point out the statement. Saying that is a good reason that I can't walk home. I could get lost in the middle of the dense forest. Negative thoughts are flooding back. My breathing becomes abnormal because of this state. I scrutinize down to my shoes to avoid eye contact.

"Come on, let's go"

She grasp on my shoulder and manage to brush it until it slips into my hands. We continue by moving our feet, first I stumbled along. But our feet are now in sync. She held a pretty tight grip for a person from an out sight view looks like a princess.

The sun's appetite grew larger for its purpose to go west. We are in the state of entering the neighborhood. My legs still keeping up with her pace.

I can feel my knees getting hurt and my toes getting tired.

"Hey, can we stop?"

Soon as I said that, she stopped.

"Oh! Sorry Gee..."

Her tight grasp slowly loosen up. Revealing red markings surrounding my wrist. For a moment there, I felt my wrist burning up.

"That's alright"

She pulled me once more at my shoulder. Signing her code to sit down next her.

It's almost the evening. Cold slowly killing off the Hot of the pavement. Soon enough it would cool completely. My legs would extend itself. The breeze of the night, stars illuminating the night. It's like the Earth is sleeping with stars for a blanket.

"Hey, don't be so tense. What's up with you anyways?", She broke the silence of the night.

"Nothing..."

"Then, why are you blushing?"

"Wh.. wha... What??"

I quickly cover up my face by looking down. She just ended up with chuckles escaping her mouth. Suddenly, I felt a hand over my neck. This sudden weight made me awoke from my realm.

"Relax for a bit"

With my courage up, I saw her face. She plastered a smile. A warm one. I just reply my a gracious smile.

"That's the face I want to see"

"Come on, let's go back", She put her hand to balance herself. Back to her standing position. Pulling out her arm to position on which I gladly took it. Alas, we started walking again.

Our journey home wasn't that long.

"This is my home alright"

We wave our goodbyes to each other and let the coldness of the night consume us. I stepped out to my front door.

As I knocked once, the door began to open. Without hesitation, Mikey came up to me and pulled me into an embrace.

"What took you so long?"

"It's just a long journey"

I smiled at Mikey.
