A/N:this chapter is twice as long as the others, but stick with it. This is the main fight, so it's important. Enjoy.

Diamonds went for works of fire. They both hid behind the pillars, and held their guns close.
"who the hell is she?" fire hissed through gritted teeth. Rapidly, she span around and shot at the pillar she was hidden behind. She turned back, and a bullet whipped past her, just missing her arm.
"jesus, she's good."
"woah, she's fast." diamonds whispered, hiding two pillars away from her enemy. She had never faced anyone as good as her before. She had to up her game, and fast.

Duck. Aim. Hit. Defend. Dodge. Wake up envy, WAKE UP!!
Envy was panicking already, but she tried to keep calm. She had to stay focused and beat alpha. But, there was just something about her - like a connection between them. But that couldn't get in her way. Smack. Her opponent was on the floor, but too soon she was up again, and had hit envy with such force it made her collapse onto the ground. She got up again, but she was tired.
Come on envy. Fight. FIGHT!

Another bullet shot out of donuts gun, but she just kept coming back. Again and again, she wouldn't stop. Well if that was the case, then she wouldn't either. Donuts brought out her daggers, and threw them with excellent precision. Ginger was fast, but the last one caught her arm, and left a deep cut.
"ha!" donuts cheered at her success, but a second later, bullets were raining down on her. She had to move. Now.

Demon went for one of the new boys. She had to find out his weakness, without showing hers, but it was a deep struggle. He was fast, and had lots of tricks up his sleeve. He hid in the darkness and pounced at her with short, quick hits. But she wouldn't be taken down that easily. She raised he fists and struck out, desperately trying to hit any part of him. Unfortunately, she missed his face, but she hit his left shoulder, and he stumbled back. She dived after him, but he already had a knife out. He fought well. But so did she.

This wasn't fair. He hid in the dark, she couldn't even see his face. Sugar took shots, threw knives and struck out at him, but she hadn't hit him once. But then again, he wasn't fighting her. He was playing her around, teasing her. He would pull her hair, or grab her arm and give her a quick Chinese burn before she could get his hand off her. He didn't want to hurt her. But she didn't feel the same way. She was getting angry now. Suddenly, she felt his arm, and from that she could figure out where his face was. She punched out into the darkness. Bingo.

Zodiac shot the doors, and glass showered down as he bolted through. The second lot of doors were taken down, and he sped past as shards fell on him. He didn't care. He couldn't feel the pain. He saw their leader racing down the stairs. He aimed at him, and the glass by the banisters rained down below. He shot back, just missing Zodiac as they both continued to run. Both diamonds and fire had stopped, and were watching their bosses in fear as they slowed down, still shooting at each other. Zodiac brought out a handful of knives, and flicked his hand so they created a fan shape. One by one, he threw them, but his enemy dodged each one. In return, he bought out daggers, and zodiac dived out the way. He expertly missed all except one. It didn't touch him, but it sliced through his sleeve.
"OK then." he growled. "you wanna ruin my outfit? You are going to pay for that. And everything else."

Diamond smiled at her boss. She couldn't be more proud to be part of the SPs. But, she wasn't truly. Yet. This was her chance, so she brought out her gun, and bang. Fire noticed it at the last second and jerked out the way. It skimmed her shoulder, and blood started dripping down her arm. She yelped in pain, but she raised her gun and shot back, again just skimming diamonds. It went past her hip, and her own blood spilled out. Fire got up, gun aiming at diamonds, and walked over while she clutched her arm. Diamonds had her own gun, but she couldn't move. Fire stepped into the light. They both gasped.
"oh my God.."

Alright envy, that's better. She's getting tired. You are too, but you've got to keep fighting. Come on!
Envy struck harder, the back of her hand smacking right into alphas cheek. She yelled in pain, but returned it with a roundhouse kick. Envy jumped back, but her foot was quick enough to hit her stomach. She clutched it in pain, which was a huge mistake. Alpha kicked her leg up, and envy was down. She whimpered as she lay on the floor. She bought out a knife, but she was running out of hope. She thought back to zodiac. God, how bad she felt now. Her vision was getting blurred, but she could just make out alpha leaning over her, prepared to kill. But then, they both froze.
"no way.."

Donuts scampered out of the storm of bullets, but one hit the back of her leg. Crying out in pain, she rolled over. She wrapped her fingers round her gun, her knuckles turning white, and shot all the bullets out of it. She had no idea where they went, but she didn't care. She was done for. Her eyes were uncontrollably welling up, and soon tears were beginning to fall. But she couldn't give up this easily. She wiped her eyes, and supported herself using her arms.
"you wanna go brov? You wanna try and stop me? Get ready for some cillit bang in a water gun!!!" she brought out a huge water gun, and sprayed the floor around gingers feet. She slipped over, and donuts crawled over to her. This was her first opportunity to get a proper look at her face. But then, she stopped.
" wait a minute.."

Demon grabbed his wrist, and tried to wrestle the knife off him. They struggled and fought, but finally his hands shook, and the knife fell to the floor. She swiped at it, but suddenly he grabbed her shoulders and pulled her back. He grabbed it, and pushed her on the floor. But he was too slow, and demon smacked him hard before getting up again. He rose off the floor too, but she had already grabbed out a gun. He stepped back, before running back into the shadows.
"YOU COWARD!" she roared. "YOU UTTER COWARD! YOU CAN'T FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE, SO YOU RUN INSTEAD!"
"SHUT UP!" he screamed at her. He ran back out, gun in his hands, aiming at her head. Hers was aiming back at his. That was when they noticed.
"I am not seeing this.."

It was a perfect hit. A perfect punch. Right? He walked out into the light. Suddenly, all the air from sugars lungs disappeared. Her heart thumped against her chest. She was frozen on the spot. He stood there, hair messy, but it only made him look even better. His stunning face was fine, except for his lips. They were bleeding. He put his index finger against his bottom lip, and bought it back down. They were bleeding all right. Looking right into her eyes, he took his thumb and wiped it over his chin. But it did not look like smeared lipstick. As he walked up to her, her cheeks flushed, and her body became stiff. He grinned devilishly.
"well.. You gave me one hell of an impact."
He prowled round her, and paused at her side to stroke a strand of her deep purple hair behind her ear.
"do I get to know your name, or do I just get blank stares?"
"I go by the name of sugar." she said, sounding much braver and calmer than she felt.
"sugar huh?" he came back round to face her. Personal space was clearly not something he cared about right now.
"I like that. Now, must we fight like this? I don't want to hurt a pretty girl like you."
"honestly, I don't want to hurt a cute guy like you, but that's my job."
"then may I suggest something?" he said, his hand now holding her head up. She looked right into his elegant coffee coloured eyes.
"resign."
He let her go, and walked back into the shadows.
"good God.."
