He cannot take a joke. I made a statement that I thought to be a joke but I guess not. Hey. Are you paying attention? It's Kagami. I began arguing with Midorima right there in the diner and hadn't noticed Kaname leave until Midorima pointed it out. I grabbed my last burger and my drink, leaving to go after her. I was eating my burger so I couldn't argue anymore. I tossed the wrapper in a trash can as we caught up to Kaname. I finished my drink, throwing it away as I glared at Midorima. There was silence. No words were said between any of us and it was killing me. We got to an apartment and I glanced inside. I'd never been to Kaname's place before. It was kind of big, but it was probably a good size for two people. When Kaname looked back at us, I actually felt kind of frightened by the look. I walked into the apartment behind Midorima and shut the door.
"Kana you didn't have to invite this idiot into your home," Midorima commented as he pushed up his glasses.
My face turned red in anger, "Hey! I'm not an idiot, you psycho." Kaname sighed and sat on the couch.
Midorima and I stood in front of her, "You can't just talk down to me like that!" I semi-shouted.
Midorima sighed, "Kana please tell him to stop shouting."
The fact that he could call her Kana and I couldn't, it made me mad. "I'm only shouting because you seem to be hard at hearing, old man." His jaw clenched and I knew I'd made him mad, which made me happy.
"I'm not old and I hear you fine. I'm just trying to figure out why you're still here." The fight just kept going on and on.
It was probably a good fifteen minutes. Kaname had gotten up for some more food and ate dessert and even read a magazine, just letting us yell at each other. After a while, we stopped and tried to catch out breaths.
"Are you two done yet?" Kaname asked.
She was now wearing basketball shorts and a dark blue large tee shirt. I didn't even realize she'd changed.
The two of us glared at each other, "I'll be done as soon as he leaves us alone." Midorima said, finality in his tone.
"You think I'm leaving her alone with you? Maybe there's something wrong with your brain." I said as I ran my hand through my hair.
"I would like to be alone with her."
"I'm sure you would," I mumbled and rolled my eyes.
"Of course I would! She is my girlfriend!!!" Midorima said, his anger getting to him, causing my jaw to drop.

Ok, hold up. Rewind, please. So I, Kaname, sat down, my legs in Indian style as I just listened to them go at each other's throats. I was listening but I wasn't paying attention. I'd rather them do this inside than on the streets somewhere. Then he did it.
Midorima hit a sensitive spot. "Of course I would! She is my girlfriend!!!"
I stood up off the couch so fast, I'm surprised my head wasn't spinning, "Midorima!" I shouted at him.
He looked at me, obviously shocked and angered with me, "What? Is there a problem with my girlfriend?" he said, obviously trying to rub it in Kagami's face. I flinched at the word. "You are my girlfriend. Aren't you?"
I covered my ears and shook my head, "Stop saying that!" I said, becoming angrier.
"Girlfriend."
I looked at him, "Midorima Shintarou. If you say that one more time then it'll be like we never even knew each other."
He looked at me, "So I won't. You said I wasn't second to Kagami right?" I nodded and Kagami seemed shocked to have even come up in the conversation at this point.
