Chapter 24

(A/n: yeah, I put that song bc Jace is trying to find out where Abby went and yeah 😂😊 but I like the song anyway 😂 hope you like this chapter 👍🏽)

Jace's POV:

I can't believe that I just lost Abby. It burns my heart every time I think about her. I would go see if she's okay in her and Glory's room, but it would just be weird again. I go get my phone and look at my Instagram. I see all the likes and comments on my pictures and videos, but that doesn't help me feel any better.

I go through all my posts and see the previous ones with me and Abby. Then I see the post from our anniversary.

We looked so cute together. I flashback to that exact day.

"Time to show you your surprise," I walk her toward my balcony.

"Surprise!" I yell. She looks around and see that I had set up a little romantic date for us.

"That's so sweet of you Jace, and it's really great that you have the perfect view of the ocean," I laugh. "Anything for you babe."

"I want you to open your present first," I say while giving her the present.

"Okay," She gives me my present.

She starts to unwrap her present then she sees there's a beautiful golden necklace and anklet with her name on it. "Oh my gosh! This is... beautiful! Thank you so much Jace!" I smile. She gives me a hug. "Your welcome," I say.

I stand up and put the necklace on her. "It fits perfectly!" She says.

"I'm glad you like it," I go and sit back down.

"Open yours now," She says happily.

I open the box and take out the T- shirt.

"Awe this is so cute, let me guess, you have a matching one?" I ask.

"Yup, and you can wear anytime, just let me know when your going to wear it so I can wear mine too," She says. We both start to laugh.

I already regret what I said to Abby today.

I just want her back in my arms.

Abby's POV:

Its about 9 at night, but that still doesn't stop me from wanting to leave. I grab the bag I packed and sneak out of the room. I walk towards the door and start to leave out.

But of course, Jace had to be downstairs too.

(A/n: I made this story and I'm face palming already 😂)

"Um, hey," I say awkwardly.

"Hey, um, may I ask where you're going?" He asks.

"Uh, just for a walk," I lie.

"You need a bag to walk?" He asks.

"Jace... I just need a minute," I say. "Ok, I respect that," he says walking away.

I feel so bad lying to him and not telling him where I am, but it's for the best right now.

I walk out the house and walk to Riele's house. Once I get there I knock on the door a couple times. She answers on the second knock.

"Hey Abby! Come in!" Riele says. I walk into her house. Her parents aren't home, they're at some fancy dinner, so we walk straight to her room.

Once we go into her room, I put my bag down and sit on her bed.

"So, what happened?" She asks immediately.

"Well, uh, I wasn't thinking straight..." I start off.

"Oh my gosh, did you steal something from there?" She asks. "No, no I would never steal from the Norman's" I say.

She gasps. "Did you and Jace... uh.. you know, do it?" She asks. She gasps again. "ARE YOU PREGNANT?!" She yells.
 
"No I'm not pregnant! And no we didn't do it....well... it was a while back, but that's not what happened," I say while sighing. "Then tell me what happened," Riele says.

I take a deep breath. "Me and Jace... broke up, and it's all my fault," tears start to form in my eyes, then I couldn't take it anymore, so I just let them fall silently down my cheek.

Riele gets up and gives me a hug. "Oh my gosh, Abby. You guys were the cutest couple ever! Why did you guys break up?!" She asks surprisingly.

"I- I don't even know anymore, it all went by so quickly. I just miss him so much already." I say.

Riele hugs me again. "I know you do,"

(A/n: sooooo there you go 😊 don't hate me for this chapter pweaseeee 😂 and I know I said that I would try to update every week, but I did not expect my weeks to be this busy omg its kinda stressful, but I'm glad I updated. I'm loosing a lot of my views on my new chapters, I used to have like 200 and 100 reads but now its like 20 😭 that makes me sad :(   lol but please get this to maybe 4K reads?
