Well Jace convinced me to go and talk to my mom. So right now I'm walking out of his house, slowly making my way to our front porch. I finally make it to the door, but I don't have the courage to knock. I slowly hold out my arm and knock.
You can do this.. I say to myself.
The door opens and I see my mom standing there, surprised to see me. She runs and throws her arms around me. I don't hug back.
"Oh Abby! I was so worried about you! I'm so sorry!" She says while letting me go. I lightly push away.
"Mom.. why did you do this to me?" I ask looking down.
"I was just following my heart, and I really love him and-,"
"You LOVE him?!" I cut her off "you barely KNOW him!"
"Says the person who liked Jace the day you met him," she folds her arms.
She did not just say that. She just cross the line. I feel anger and sadness build inside of me.
"MOM! He's FAMOUS! I liked him even before I met him! If you really cared for me, you would've known that and wouldn't have said that!" I scream.
Then I see Peter walk up beside my mom and hug her.
"What's going on- oh hey Abby! If you don't mind.. but Luke is using your room for now," he says pointing upstairs.
Wait hold up Luke?! That little slut Luke is using MY room?!
"Why do you all hate me?!" I cry out and start to walk away.
"Sweetie wait!" My mom comes out and follows me.
I spin around fast to face her. "Leave me alone and never call me sweetie again," I spin back around and walk faster leaving my mom standing there, astonished.
As I walk back to Jace's house I make a personal vow to myself.
I never want to see my mother ever again!
