Chapter 9

     {Athena}

          Thankfully Lorena didn't cook the breakfast. I don't know if I could have stood watching my bacon get burned. 

         I found out that naked man was Lorena's son Griffin, and he is 23, and future alpha.

        Can you believe I'm going to be an alphas mate!!!!! I will get to boss people around, and pat little kids on the head, and kiss babies!

      I'm kidding that's not what I will be doing. Although I may boss people around......but in a loving way!

       To be honest I am terrified!!!!!!! All the Luna's I know are poised and sophisticated, not dumb and unlucky.

      Another thing that has me worried is Griffins beta Kaiser. I met him at breakfast and I don't know what it is about him but something seemed off.

When Griffin told him that he had found his mate, I expected congratulations and excitement. Instead it seemed as though his jaw clenched, and a frown made its way to his face.

Now I have read a lot of wattpad books and all of them lead to one outcome. Kaiser is jealous and wants me!!!!!!!!

I mean it's not that far off. I am an amazing wolf if I do say so myself. And Kaiser isn't horrid looking, and second in command......

But according to all wattpad stories. I shouldn't be happy with Griffin and Kaiser is secretly in love with me, but we can't tell anyone because Griffin is an angry possessive Alpha! Oh I'm sure this is what it is.

I will have to get Kaiser alone and let him down gently. That is what I will do. See I'm not as dumb as I thought I was! Hehehehe well we got that all arranged! I am not doing to bad for a future Luna and it is all thanks to wattpad.

{Griffin}

My mate loves food.

All during breakfast I couldn't help but stare at my mate. And no not like creepy Edward from the twilight sega thing.

It wasn't a creepy way but more like a look of adoration.

I was thrilled because it seemed like Kaiser liked Athena. Isn't that a gorgeous name! Athena and Griffin, alpha and Luna.

Alpha known for his fair and just ways, and Luna known for her amazing eating abilities. We will be known as the next power couple!!!

Speaking of which where is my mate. I kinda misplaced her after breakfast.

Using my nose I follow the smell of sunshine and happiness. And no it does not lead me outside to the giant star in the sky.

Did you know the sun is a star? I didn't actually know that either until recently.

But getting back to my mate I find her in her room pacing.

I stand in the doorway watching her pace and can hear her mumbling about wattpad and plots, and how she isn't actually dumb.

At lease she isn't talking about Harry styles from wrong direction anymore. And yes I googled him, and I have to say I look much better. Sure I sing like a sick fish, and don't have a British accent. But at least I am strong and can defend, and protect Athena. And don't forget my impressive good looks. And no I am not cocky I am just stating facts, about how much better I am they Harry.

      After listening to my mate mumble for a while, I go and wrap my arms around her. I sit there and just hold her, enjoying the feeling of comfort and warmth I get from her. It's not until she starts struggling that our height difference serves as a slight problem. I thought my arms were wrapped around her waste, but because of our height they are actually wrapped around her head.

         Well that's unfortunate.......

      After I release my mate, and she gets some air we stare at eachother. I can't help but think that she looks stunning. She is in a pale blue sundress, and her skin seems to glow in it. And I can't believe she is mine.....

       "Your beta is secretly in love with me" Athena suddenly bursts out.

    "What?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

         Hey guys, shorter chapter today, we have company at our house right now and it has been hectic. I'm sorry I'm late with the update, I did my best. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. And I will see you again next weekend, maybe sooner if I get the time, but plan for next weekend.
