Chapter 15

     {Quilla}

          "ADONIS!!!!!!!!!!" I shouted frantically for my mate after finishing up the phone call from my best friend.

       Adonis came sprinting into the living room and did a mental eye scan to check my body and make sure there weren't any injuries. Also to probably check my body out let's be honest.....

       But getting back on topic I stared at my mate and asked him a question that had him looking at me dumbly,

        "Why is the whole male species idiots?"

      I mean it is a valid question, especially alphas with the mine, and growling, and bi polar attitudes.

     After blinking at me for a few moments he answered kinda dumbly, "I'm not an idiot."

     Well thank you for proving my point! Gosh men! It's no wonder Athena is coming here! After hearing what Griffin did to her I just want to kick him where the sun don't shine!

      So what if he is an alpha! I can take him!!!!!!! Even if he is a foot taller than me I got the right attitude!!!!! Also if I did start to lose (which I wouldn't) I could always release Adonis on him!!!!!!

     Riley my wolf just scoffs at me, well thanks for the vote of confidence! Wow isn't my wolf just amazing! Note the sarcasm.

       Anyways I explain to Adonis what Griffin all did and he just gives me a blank stare. I decide to ignore that stare and continue. "So I kinda promised Athena that you would allow her in the pack and she will be here in a few hours."

       I expect him to look at me with shock and horror, because I know that a request like this requires a ton of paper work! And normally a few weeks notice. But the words that pop out of my mates mouth have me face palming.

        "Do you really think I'm an idiot?"

     Oh MoonGoddess please help me!

  
   {Athena}

       I arrive in Montana at an ungodly time in the morning. I make my way sluggishly through the airport trying not to fall asleep on my feet. Why didn't I sleep on the plane you may ask.

     Well other than the fact that my wolf wouldn't shut up about how mean, self centered, and sexy Griffin is during the whole flight. And I got put next to a really loud snoring man who I am pretty sure farted the whole flight. So yes now I finally understand why my father insists on driving everywhere.

       I make my way out the doors to the pickup area and search for a sign that Quilla promised would be out there. I finally spot a sign that can belong to no one other than Quilla.

        It has every color imaginable, from pinks to blacks, from oranges to periwinkle purple. And it says, "Here to pick up my fugly best friend who pulled my pants down in front of my crush during a highschool football game!"

      Ah those were the good old days! What happened to them.

      Before I get all sentimental and start randomly balling my eyes out I make my way over to the black chevy pickup truck. As I get ready to know I glance in the window and immediately have to refrain myself from screaming.

     Let's just say Quilla and Adonis are getting it on....

      I duck down so I can't see the life scarring scene through the window and rapidly knock!

      Almost immediately Quilla opens the door and comes tumbling out of the truck and embraces me! Then comes Adonis who I notice is looking rather flushed and glaring at me rather harshly. Well that's what you get for scarring my eyes for life. I may need to bleach them!

    I smirk at him and then continue to let Quilla nearly suffocate me with her hug. Enjoying the fact that Adonis looks quite put out that I am in Quilla's arms instead of him.

      Once she is done suffocating me and decides that I can live. She starts commanding Adonis to grab my bags and to stop sitting there like an idiot.

      He grumbles about how he isn't an idiot and wonders how he ever got to the position he is in. And why is he letting a little she wolf have so much control over a big bad alpha like him. But as he grumbles he does everything Quilla tells him to do. If that isn't relationship goals I don't know what is!

     Once my bags are packed into the pickup we pile in and head to the pack house.

      I decide to get some shut eye on the drive and just as I am falling asleep suddenly High Way to Hell is blaring on through the speakers.

     I glare at Adonis but he just gives me an innocent smile through the mirror. I am about to retort but my best friend says something before I can.

     "Adonis I told you to be nice! Because of this little stunt Athena and I are going to have a week long sleepover in the guest room! And don't even try to fool me with that look of innocence you haven't been innocent since you popped out of your mothers tummy stark naked! Also don't even think of arguing! One word of complaint and I will make it 2 weeks!"

      Adonis shut his mouth and openly glared at me. While Quilla started humming Who Will Run the World by Beyoncé.

      My wolf and I miss Griffin but both can agree that this is exactly what we need.
