Calypso

Percy's POV

I gobbled up my blue pancakes faster than you could say 'delicious'. What could I say, last night had wore me out! I couldn't believe Frank and Hazel were having a baby. I hoped for a boy that I could do boy stuff with like pranking and such. I wondered when Annabeth and I would decide to start to a family. Leo interrupted my thoughts when he coughed, trying to get our attention.

"Um... I have an important announcement to make." Leo said. We all turned toward him. "Do you remember when I was blown up in the air by Khione?" He asked. We all nodded. "Well, I landed on Ogygia." He said. My jaw hung open. Calypso... There were murmurs around the table when Annabeth finally spoke up.

"Ogygia? Like... Calypso's island?" She asked. Leo had a pained expression on when she spoke her name.

"Yes." He spoke. "I promised I would come back for her. And I will." Leo said with a determined look on his face. "I'm going to save her. I've been spending some time building a device to relocate her, and I plan on setting sail on the Argo... Today." Leo spoke.

"But... No man can ever visit Ogygia twice." I reminded him.

"That doesn't matter. I'm going back for her."

"Leo... Calypso though? You... Met her?" I said. Leo looked at me with a look of distaste.

"You abandoned her then didn't even try to go back. But I'm different. I'm going back for her. I swore it on the river styx." Everyone grew quiet. Finally Hazel spoke up.

"Leo, you swore on the river styx? That's bad if you break that oath, right?" Hazel said.

"Yes," Leo said defiantly. "None of us ever found out what 'an oath to keep with the final breath' meant. But I do. I'm going back for Calypso, and you can't stop me." Piper sniffled, tears welling up in her eyes.

"Leo, be careful." Piper said, her voice breaking. "Good luck." I took a deep breath.

"Leo I'm sorry I abandoned Calypso. I never wanted to. I loved her, but clearly not as much as you do. I have Annabeth. But you don't. Go find your Annabeth." Leo nodded his head in agreement. Leo was ready to get his Calypso back.
