"I'm sorry Mum." She turned her head my way.
"Come here." She said ushering me towards her. I make my way to the sofa. I sit next to her. She immediately grabs my shoulders and makes me lay back.
"Relax M." she tells me. Well sorry that's the last thing I can do right now, I'm scared you're gonna flip your shit and send me to London boarding school like Poppy in the movie Wild Child.
I relax into her body.
"I know you didn't mean the things you said." I sigh in relief, well at least I know I won't be sent away now. "and it's okay that you flipped, I pushed you but Ash, I'm sorry baby but he has to go." Maybe it's for the best.
"Now don't get angry and me Mercury, I've had enough, eveyone knows why he has to and you do too now, so call him and tell him you have to break up." what no I can't just do that to Ash. UGh she makes me so mad. Wait, what did he do to me?
"Fine I'll call him now." I grab my phone out and give him a quick text
'babe, I'm going to call you and say we're breaking up, we're not, it's just my mum's being difficult and i can't be bothered to argue, sorry Ash xx'
he soon replies with-
'okay babe xx'
I call him and make the phone call just outside the door so my mother could hear.
"I'm sorry Ash I'll make it up to you." his acting voice sounded hurt, like it was the actual thing, it scared me.
"I'll talk to you tomorrow babe." he said
"Talk to you tomorrow." I whisper, my mum didn't need to hear that.
"Done?" my mother asks
"Yep." her face lights like it's Christmas.
"Good now come here." she wraps me in a hug, she kisses the top of my head.
"I love you mum."
"I love you too Mercury."
