If you don't know what NHK is, it's a Japanese channel where it's main audience os targeted towards English speaking audiences; Japanese people speaking fluent English.
There's this show called Tokyo Eye 2020 and the host of that show is Chris Peppler, who is Krim Steinbelt (Mr. Belt) in Kamen Rider Drive.
He shouldn't be categorized in the Engrish category.
