Honestly, this sounds like something Gen Urobuchi could write for (because of psycho pass), but it's the Ex-Aid writer instead. Zi-O director returns to direct as well.
I wouldn't mind a Kamen Rider Series that returns to the Detective thing but it's with elements of Blade Runner.
