chapter 9

Nash's POV

I stood at Trins door step, today since it was Friday, I was going to pick her up. My hair was nice and slicked back but there was a change i didn't have my nerdy pants anymore i had skinny jeans! i know i am not a badass but i am slowly trying to change. 

  Interrupting me out of my thoughts Trin came out lovely as ever. "Hi Trin, lets go!" i said with a smile. she just Nodded back "nice jeans" she giggled but her voice was quite. "hey is there something wrong?" i asked her right before she got into my car, "its just my ribs really hurt," she smiled sadly. I then ran to her side. "let me help you get in then," I swiped her off her feet and she squealed. but i managed to put her in the seat and i buckled her in. "Better?" i asked, she smiled wildly "Perfect" and she started to laugh, i laughed with her and i ran to the other side and hopped in. "ready to go?" she nodded. But i could tell she was nervous about Chad. Hell, i would be too.

    We soon reached the school and i parked. i looked over at trin and she looked like she was about to hyperventilate. "hey,hey its ok! I know its hard...i've been through all of this. Your gonna be fine." she then shook her head furiously. "N-no shes gonna come after me!" she? i didn't ask another question because her breathing got uneven....she was having an anxiety attack. "Trin look at me." she shook her head. "trin." i said with a serious face. she looked dazed and she was about to cry. "Trinity!" i then gently grabbed the sides of her face and put my forehead on hers. "your going to be fine." i said in a whisper. Her breathing slowed down and she nodded. "o-ok" I replied with a small smile. "come on lets get going before we are late." she nodded and hopped out of the car.  we walked in, prepared for hell.

Trinity's POV

It was now lunch time and yes i was scared. Today all i have been getting was looks that could kill and names. like bitch, slut, etc. But i was mostly scared of lunch becasue i knew chad was in the lunch shift...and lunch doesn't get monitored, at all. 

   I ran looking for Nash and i spotted him, and Soon he spotted me i ran to him and hugged him. It felt good to be in his arms. "hey how are you?" he asked while grabbing my hand and we started to walk to the lunch room. "good i guess." he smiled sadly, he then gave my hand  genital squeeze and let go. "Hey its gonna be ok, i am here and no one is going to hurt you" i just nodded trying to believe in his words. He opened the door and the cafeteria seem to stop, like time was frozen. I started to walk in cautiously when all the sudden a voice came from the left of me. "so little bitch hows your day in hell?" my body froze at his voice. Chad. "awe are you scared of me, where is your little nerd now?" the entire cafeteria erupted into laughter, but for some reason i was fed up with him. i was mad, and my scaredness was no longer there. "get away from me," i said through my clinched teeth and i turned to face him. "little bitch is trying to be brave....Nice try." he then picked up his hand, and i knew what was coming. but before i could defend myself he fell to the ground with a punch, Nash. "run" he said to me, "Nash no i-" he then looked straight at me, and with the lowest most powerful voice he said "Run." the whole cafeteria went silent. But i ran obeying him. I didn't want to leave. He was going to get beat up! I ran into the girls restroom, and i sat in a stall crying because i was scared for Nash. 

    After 5 minutes there was footsteps coming into the restroom my body went stiff, "Trin its me, come on we are going home." Nash! i jumped out of the stall. but only to see him in chad and his friends grasp. He had sadness in his eyes. "i'm so sorry" he said with his voice cracking. Chad then kicked him. he fell to the ground. "get up! take her to the football field" he smirked evilly. I ran into the restroom stall and locked it. i knew i wasn't going to escape them, but i brought something useful from my bag....my blade. I then ran out of the stall, and they grabbed me.

"so what shall i do to them?" Chad asked to the queen bee, bell, she laughed evilly " beat them. but make him watch her get hurt first." she then walked up to me "welcome to hell" she then walk off. I was trying to run and so was nash but these ropes were holding us back and i couldn't get to my blade. Chad then slowly started to make his way to me. "this is going to be fun" i then felt  a burn on the side of my cheek. but i didn't give him the sensation of hearing me scream. however, nash was screaming for him to stop, and that made me burst into tears. I then felt a kick in the ribs. but i just sat there not screaming. "Come on little bitch i know you are hurting" he then grabbed my face "scream" i said then i felt a slit on my arm. a blade. i didn't cry because i have felt it before. Chad then screamed in annoyance, fine then i guess i just have to do this. He then put his lips on mine, and i screamed into the kiss. "gottc-" he started to say before Nash tackled him to the ground and punched him. I then noticed something my blade was on  the ground next to his broken ropes, it must have fallen.

  The guys tired to get nash off of him. but before i knew it all of them were laying on the ground. I was breathing heavily, and Nash came running up to me. "are you ok?" he asked worriedly, "y-ya lets j-just go home" i said shaking. He nodded and got the blade he used to cut my ropes and carried me in his arms to the car.

  we were sitting on his couch and my ribs were once again bandaged and so was the slit on my arm, " Trin, i am so sorry," he said, "For what?" i asked confused, "For dragging you into this! God Damn I never should have even spoken to you!" his voice getting louder. I flinched at his words, that kinda hurt, "Nash it was my choice! I saw something in you so i stayed!" he came over to me and put his face right in front of mine, "you saw what in me," he asked through his teeth, i gulped, he was very intimidating when he was mad. "I saw love" The room went silent and all you could hear were the beating of our hearts.
