You could finally see the gates to the hidden leaf village. The journey back wasn't as bad as the journey to finally get Mr. Akio back to his village. He had thanked each of you individually and had given Kakashi a few packages and they had shared a few words. Then we were back on the road. Sasuke hasn't talked to you in a while, leaving you upset. Every time you had tried to talk to him, he would just act like you didn't even exist. Kakashi and you had walked next to each other during the whole journey, he insisted because he didn't want you getting hurt again.

"I'm just gonna wait here for a bit Kakashi sensei. I'll see you later." You reassured Kakashi. It felt weird for you to say sensei after his name now, but you didn't want anyone to get suspicious. You had waited at the gate for Sasuke to catch up. He didn't even glance your way. making you pissed. You grabbed his arm and pulled him back to you. "What is your problem?!" You yelled at him. He only turned the other way.You looked at the ground, frowning."So now I'm gonna lose you too huh?"You said when he ripped his arm away from you. "How could I ever face you again when it was my family who put you through so much pain (y/n)?" His face softened at the saddened look on your face.

"Easy duck butt. Talk to me.Like how we normally do. I don't blame you for what happened. God damn, don't let him be the reason to tear us apart! You are my best friend Sasuke. Please stop ignoring me... Do you know how bad that hurts me? I don't care if he's your brother or not. You're you and you're like my big brother." Your had crouched down and started to hyperventilate. Sasuke had started to panic and had tried to pull you to your feet.

"I don't want to lose any more of my family Sasuke. You are my family. Why can't you understand that?" You managed to choke out, all of your emotions seemed to be falling out of your mind and coming out of your mouth. "(Y/n), I'm sorry, please forgive me." Sasuke pulled you into a hug, which you gladly returned. "Promise me you won't do anything stupid and that you'll tell me when something's wrong." "I promise (y/n)." You pulled away from the hug and smiled at Sasuke, a ghost of smile hinted at his face. "Well, I gotta get to work duck butt. I'll see you later. Oh and before I leave...If I tell you something you promise not to tell anyone else? You know what will happen if you do."You said in a threatening, yet playful tone. "I promise." He sweatdropped.

You got close to his ear."I kinda told Kakashi sensei how I felt and we kissed." You pulled away from Sasuke, blushing faintly. Sasuke's eyebrow twitched as he tried to remain calm. "No, you can't kill him because if you do you'll die a painful death." You said trying to lighten the mood. Sasuke rolled his eyes at your remark. "As long as you're happy, I'm happy too," Sasuke said, his voice not matching his response. You hugged him again. "Sasuke...Maybe you should give Sakura a chance. She can be a nice girl when she wants to be." You said quietly to him. "Hn..She's annoying." His voice laced with pure annoyance. "You never know though.. Anyways, I gotta go. See you around duck butt." You kissed his cheek and ran through the gate, in the direction of your house, leaving a rather flustered Uchiha behind.

On the way to your house, you noticed Kakashi with a white-haired man. You slowed down your speed to see where they were going. 'Should I go say hi?Or is it too soon? We did just get off of a mission after all...I don't want him to think I'm annoying.' You were mentally debating if you should go up to the two or not. Suddenly you felt someone behind you and they put a hand on your shoulder, squeezing it. You could also feel someones hot breath against your neck. You got scared and grabbed the persons hand, turning around and punching them in the chest before doing some backflips backward.

"GAH!That's some punch you got their kid." You glanced towards the ground and saw the white haired man that was with Kakashi a few moments ago. Kakashi was trying not to laugh while watching the scene. "Well, maybe next time you shouldn't put your hands a girl you've never met you perv!"You scolded him while crossing your arms. Kakashi let out a chuckle. "Awe. Not you too. Don't you know who I am?"He questioned while sitting up. "No, actually I don't. But, from your actions, I do know you're a pervy sage."You said while pushing a finger into his chest. He had started pouting and crying. Kakashi rolled his eyes and listening in on the conversation.
