"Alright (y/n). If you can beat Kakashi, I will be able to make you a Jonin."Lady Tsunade was kinda of giving you a pep talk. "Remember, even if you don't win, I can still make you a Chunin because your skills are so advanced and because I'm watching you fight. However, if you lose, and I deem it acceptable to become a Jonin based on the skills you show, that can also lead to a factor of your future ranking. Use this opportunity to show me what you're made of. I want to see what you can do since I've only read about it on paper." Lady Tsunade patted your back before gently nudging you towards where Kakashi was waiting. "I'll make you proud Milady."You turned back to her and gave her a smile before jogging to the middle of the training field.

"Well, well, looks like we have some spectators."Kakashi pointed out Jiraiya and Gai sensei who had just showed up along with Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. "Let's not disappoint them now." You said smugly before getting into a fighting stance. "You seem confident (y/n)." Kakashi lifted his headband up revealing his Sharingan. He didn't realize it, but you were already focusing your chakra into the ground, thinking of a strategy and backup plans.

'He's not stupid enough to let himself get captured by my earth style jutsu, so I will have to awaken the Maindo Redingu at some point. It will use a lot of chakras, so that will be my last resort. However, if I make shadow clones... I can use a shadow clone to act as a decoy that he's trying to copy and use my earth style and go underground without him noticing. It would have to be when he's distracted. My earth style jutsu will help with that.' You had one plan figured out in your head already. You cracked your knuckles before looking into Kakashi's eyes.

"Ready when you are."You stated calmly, already having the first part of your strategy in motion. "START!"You heard Lady Tsunade yell. You grinned at Kakashi before lifting your arm up. "Earth style dirt coffin."You whispered, knowing Kakashi could read your lips. The earth started to crack open, making Kakashi do some backflips in order to get away from that area. During that time, you had made some hand signs and had made a shadow clone of yourself. You quickly sunk into the dirt just in time, because when you had finally sunk into the dirt Kakashi had his attention on 'you'. Lady Tsunade and the rest of the people watching were impressed at how quickly you were able to make a distraction and how quickly it was for you to come up with a plan of attack.

The shadow clone you had left above ground was making throwing kunai and shuriken at Kakashi to distract him while you made your way underground. Kakashi, of course, deflected all of them. Kakashi had started to do close combat with 'you'. Every kick and punch was blocked or copied by Kakashi. No surprise there, he is the copycat ninja after all. "Copying all my moves I see. Can't you do anything better than that?" Your shadow clone taunted.

Kakashi then started to make rapid hand signs, so fast that everyone watching only saw a blur. "Ninja art Fire release!" Your clone purposely took the direct hit of the fireball Kakashi had cast 'your' way. You smirked underground when you heard him gasp and run to where your shadow clone was. It took some chakra, but you managed to keep the shadow clone even after the impact. Once you felt that Kakashi was right above you, you made your move.

"Earth style dirt arena."You whispered once more. During the time Kakashi had been battling your shadow clone, you had been infusing the ground with your chakra. The ground around Kakashi shot up around him, making high walls so he couldn't escape. You sprung out of the ground with a kunai in your hand and pressed it against Kakashi's throat. You shadow clone disappeared and Kakashi was left speechless.

"Mud cocoon." You stated. In the time that Kakashi was trying to get a grip over what had just happened and trying to come up with a new plan, you had been using the dirt from the walls you made and had it circle around Kakashi. In one hand motion, the dirt had turned into mud, more of a clay-like substance and had wrapped itself around Kakashi's feet. You had activated your Maindo Redingu and looked into Kakashi's eyes, making him go into a trance-like state. "Stay still." You said while backing away from him, letting the chakra infused mud do its job.
