This morning's sunrise was a breathtaking display of radiant colors. Bright streaks of red, pink, and orange slowly overcame the dark blue and purple of the twilight sky. The sky resembled a prism; all the colors blended perfectly into each other. The sun itself was just peeking out of the horizon, and its brilliant rays already shined brightly and began to warm the air.

(Y/n) awoke to soft sheets, and the morning light trickling in through the blinds. Shedding herself of the remaining glimpses of a dream, her eyes were still shut as she soaked in the warmth of her covers before letting her (e/c) eyes see the sun's rays.

Slowly, she rose from the warmth of her bed. A small yawn escaped her lips as she sat on the edge of her bed. It had been about a week or so since she had seen Naruto, Sasuke, and Jiraiya leave the village for their training. She was happy for them at that moment in time, but, she didn't realize how lonely it would be not having anyone around.

Sure, before (Y/n) had Sasuke and sometimes Naruto was around to keep her company, but other than that she was alone. You would think someone would be used to being 'alone' if that's how it's been a majority of the time. But, you never do get used to it, especially if you have multiple people you hold dearly to you.

"I'm over this shit," (Y/n) stated while standing up from the bed and walking over to the closet to pick out an outfit for the day. "I'll go outside and visit Tsunade and maybe walk around a bit... Yeah, that sounds good," She agreed with her idea while putting on one of Kakashi's t-shirts and grabbing a pair of black shorts to put on with it. Deciding she'd get breakfast while out, she grabbed her handbag and slipped on her shoes before heading out the door.

The weather was beautiful outside, not a cloud to be seen. The birds were singing their songs while flying from tree to tree and the flowers stood strong and tall, displaying their beautiful colors for the world to see. (Y/n) sucked in a breath of fresh air before sighing lightly. She could feel the sun's warm rays on her back as she continued to walk down the street, it had been a while since she had been out and about.

"Oh, hey (Y/n)!" Ino yelled out from the flower shop where she was currently working. This was normal for her, it was her parent's flower shop after all. The blonde haired girl hadn't seen (y/n) in what felt like forever. The last time she had seen her was at the birthday party Kakashi had thrown, and that was months ago.

(Y/n) turned around with a smile on her face, she never had a problem with Ino before, in fact, she was a good friend until they got split up into different teams.

"Ino! I was beginning to think I'd never see you again," (Y/n) laughed while walking towards her old friend. Ino placed the flowers she was holding on the counter and clasped her hands together in excitement.

"I was starting to think that as well, it's so good to see you again!" Ino hugged (Y/n) before pulling away and smiling at the (h/c) girl.

"You look great, I wouldn't expect anything less from you," (Y/n) complimented, trying to catch up on the missed time between the two.

"Thank you," Ino started, "A little rumor going around is that you're expecting and that Kakashi sensei is the daddy," Ino wiggled her eyebrows causing both girls to bust out laughing.

"Well," (Y/n) placed a hand on her stomach, "the rumor is true. I'm about two months in at the moment, I have an appointment coming up if you'd like to come." (Y/n) offered, mostly because she didn't want to be alone.

"Of course! What kind of aunt would I be if I didn't check up on you during the pregnancy," Ino smiled and flipped her hair out of her face.

"How's everyone else doing? I really haven't been socializing lately," (Y/n) chuckled in embarrassment.

"Everyone is pretty good, except Sakura, she's still hung up on Sasuke. Let me tell you, I had a crush on him at the academy, but I noticed how he looked at Naruto. She honestly just needs to let them be happy.

"You can't help crazy," (Y/n) laughed jokingly and Ino joined in. (Y/n) could feel her stomach rumbling and knew she needed to get something to eat rather soon.

"I hate to cut this short, but I desperately need to get some food in my stomach. I'll come by in a few days and we can go to the appointment, together,"

"Sounds like a plan to me, be careful though, there are people coming in for the exams soon. I don't want anyone dying because they tried to fuck with you," Ino smiled at (Y/n) as she waived her off.

"I can't make any promises," (Y/n) stuck her tongue out,"have a good rest of your day," she exited the shop and continued walking down the road heading to the closest ramen shop. But, fate seemed to have other ideas because two Anbu ninjas jumped out in front of (Y/n) blocking her path.

"The Hokage wishes to see you," one of the men said, "she wants up to escort you," the other finished.

"Thanks, but I can walk myself," (Y/n) eyed the two men suspiciously. Normally, the Hokage would send a signal, and if she did send the Anbu, it wouldn't be done in such a public place, for privacy reasons.

"I'm sorry, but we were given direct orders," one of the men grabbed (Y/n)'s arm, something she was not happy about.

"Listen here," she yanked her arm away, a blue flame engulfing her arm," I don't know what type of shit you two are trying to pull, but I'm not some rookie. State your name and reasons for impersonating the hidden lear villages Anbu." She said growing angrier by the second. When they didn't answer, she bit her thumb while taking a scroll out of her pants, slamming it onto the ground, a seal forming on the concrete.

Smoke appeared before revealing a large wolf. Its fur was a light rose color which complimented her emerald eyes.

"Hana, I know it has been a while but I need you to inform the Hokage of this situation. Let her know I can not promise they will make it out of this alive." Hana nodded at (Y/n) before running off in the direction of the Hokage's office.

"You really think you can take both of us on? Silly girl," both men got into a fighting stance, while (Y/n) just focused on making sure her chakra was being concentrated in her hands. 'One hit is all it will take, I'll need to wait for the perfect moment, the Hokage should be sending ninjas by now, but oh well, I've never been one for waiting.'

"Let's get this over with so we can bring her back," one of the mysterious males whispered to the other. (Y/n) knew both of them had information on her, otherwise, she wouldn't be in this situation. How much information, she didn't know, but it was times like this she was glad she kept some of her powers hidden.

You see, the (l/n) clan was feared for more reasons than just their Kekkai Genkai. They were able to master all five chakra natures and fuse them together at will, giving them the ultimate advantage during a battle. Naturally, she is efficient in earth chakra nature and was able to infuse the other chakra natures with her earth style.

"Earth style iron fists," the earth around her started rising up from the ground and forming around her hands, a blue and red flame forming around them. She cracked her neck before getting into her own fighting stance.

"I'll ask again, what is your business here,"

"You're worth a lot of money sweet cheeks," the male on the left held up a bingo book, the book open to a page with her name and picture on it.

"Six million yen?" (Y/n) scoffed, acting offended, "I would think I'd be worth more, I did, after all, take down two Akatsuki members by myself." After hearing those words leave her mouth, both men looked at each other, a mistake on their part. (Y/n) used this opportunity to teleport behind the men and punch them. The forced sent them flying into the ground and skidding several feet away from her.

"Didn't your sensei's ever teach you not to take your eyes off the enemy? Or to never underestimate their skills? Pitiful," (Y/n) walked up to the two men on the ground, kicking them hard in both of their heads to make sure they were knocked out.

"Just in time," (Y/n) let the dirt break away from her fists as Asuma and Kurenai landed by both of the unconscious men. "They should be out for a while, thank you for coming by to take them away. You can report to the Hokage they were here due to their bingo book. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get some damn food," (Y/n) turned on her heal, leaving the two sensei's to take care of the two pests that had to ruin her day.
