"No I love that. I want to do something like that. I don't know. I mean I haven't even really started writing yet. But- yeah!" Troye said excitedly into the phone. He was walking around the kitchen making himself a sandwich and listening so intently to the person on the other end that he didn't even hear Jacob walk through the door. It's gotten to the point where it was just assumed that Jacob would come to Troye's apartment after work or school unless he specifically said he couldn't make it. Troye was always disappointed on those nights but he knew Jacob's education and jobs came first.

But not today. Jacob's night class was cancelled, meaning he was to Troye's apartment by 2:30, and had all night to do whatever he and Troye wanted. Writing his two final projects could wait until the weekend. It was Wednesday and all Jacob wanted was some alone time with Troye.

His Troye, who was currently layering turkey and cheese onto bread in the kitchen, giggling into the phone as he talks to who Jacob would assume to be someone he works with. He almost couldn't believe his eyes.

Troye looked so good.

He was laughing, while multitasking and making himself a meal- with food that Jacob definitely didn't buy for him, meaning that Troye went to the store on his own. Since Jacob worked at the supermarket, Troye got into the habit of almost never going himself but just asking Jacob to bring back stuff from his shift. It was nice and convenient but certainly didn't help Troye's goal of trying to leave the house more often. Jacob looked up again when he heard him giggle again. He walked around the breakfast bar and saw Troye's whole body. He was wearing short white shorts, with a bright yellow t-shirt. Maybe it was the yellow shirt or Troye's extremely white teeth or maybe his eyes that sparkled more than Jacob's ever seen them, but he was glowing. he was glowing so fucking brightly.

Jacob felt like he just fell even more in love with him as he saw him standing there, brighter than the fucking sun.

Troye walked over to the fridge, still unaware of Jacob's presence and grabbed a can of lemonade and cracked it open and took a sip and placed it down next to his now completed sandwich.

Jacob suddenly felt an itch on his nose, and he brought his hand up to scratch it and the movement must've been caught in Troye's peripheral vision, as he turned to face him and smiled at him, not scared or startled at all, but looking extremely happy to see him.

"Emma, Jacob's home now so I gotta go. I'll talk to you tomorrow okay?" He said and after Emma said something back, he hung up and put the phone down. Jacob couldn't help but notice the way Troye said 'Jacob's home'. It made his heart swell. He smiled as he walked into Jacob's arms and put both his arms around Jacob's neck and gave him a kiss. Before even saying any words to each other, they greeted each other with their mouths moving together so perfectly it made Jacob want to never ever stop kissing him.

"Hey Jake," Troye said as he quickly pulled away from the heated kiss. "How was school?" Troye asked.

"It was boring. But I'm happy to be here with you now, " Jacob said with a smile as he leaned in and gave Troye one more peck.

"Want a sandwich?" Troye asked as he pulled away and walked backwards into the counter, where all of the sandwich items were.

"I sure as hell do!" Jacob said while advancing back towards Troye. Troye turned around and faced the counter and began getting Jacob a roll from the pack on the counter.

"What is the chef making today?" Jacob said as he pressed his chest against Troye's back and wrapped his arms around Troye's middle as he began to spread mayo on the roll.

"Turkey, but I also got ham if you want it," he told Jacob, while looking down at what he was doing.

"Hmmm, how about turkey AND ham?" Jacob asked, raising one eyebrow as he took a seat at the breakfast bar.
