Chapter 5

Betty's POV
He had been in a coma for days maybe even weeks.

I remembered going to jail to tell his father about the news.

I remember going back to his house and looking at the thumb drive.

I stopped thinking of that moment hurt badly.

I pit the thumbdrive into his old laptop and finding two documents.
I opened the first documents.

It was a letter from him.

Jughead's POV

Falling.

It was a feeling I was now used to.

Landing not that much.

But it suddenly happened. The landing didn't hurt, I couldn't feel it.

White walls started filling around me.

A bed suddenly appeared in front of me then a door and all the details started filling the room.

Betty appeared at the room. Her eyes were red from crying.

Who had done this to her? The question rang in my ears.

Then I realised what she was looking at.

She walked towards the lifeless figure lying on the bed.

It was a 19 year old with jet black curls.

"Jughead...", she started. That name why did it sound so familiar? "Jughead the doctor is giving you own more week to live and then you will be gone forever. But you can't go now. There is so much in your life that I know you're not ready to leave yet. And then there is the things you don't know about. Like that you have a 3 week old daughter named, Juliet. Or that I didn't leave you because I didn't love you. Because Jughead there is nothing I love more than you! Jughead you can't leave us yet!!! You have to come back to life so we can be a happy family! And I know it was selfish of me for taking away the baby and never telling you about her. But you have to understand that when I came back I only became a couple with Archie because... I don't know why! But sometimes we do reckless things and I'm sorry. But please come back Jughead because I love you." by now her eyes were crying rivers.

This explained so much to me but who was I. What was I doing here? How did I know Betty?

I fell suddenly realising that I was the male figure on the bed.

I was Jughead.

I had made Betty pregnant.

I was the one making her cry like that.

But now it was too late to go after Betty because I was back in the darkness.

Falling into nothingness.
