Genevieve's POV
I woke up with August banging on the door telling me it's time for me to wake up.
" Damn I'm awake," I said groggily
" You better be awake," he said as his voice faded.
I sighed heavily and looking up to the ceiling I checked my phone as I went to the bathroom and did my hygiene.
Michael called about three times and that's it's.
I got out of the bathroom and searched for some clothes
I found a pair of high waisted jeans with a black shirt and matching timbs.
August was calling my name.
"girl you gotta hurry we are leaving if your not out here in less than 1 min I'm leaving cause I gotta go to work.
We arrived at the airport and I hugged August tightly and then he patted my stomach gently.
" Next time when I see you your gonna have a baby," he said before laughing
I smiled and looked down as my eyes filled with tears.
" I'll see you sometimes or I'll call you ." I said.
I went in and got everything read I just had to sit and wait. As I was sitting down I got a phone call.
Without checking the caller ID I answered.
"Hello?"
"Gene?"
My heart dropped for a minute
" M-Michael?"
" Gene I know what's going on don't get on the plane."
" I can't I'm going Michael you can't stop me."
" But I can if you just listen you're so stubborn."
I scoffed and ran my fingers threw my hair.
" Michael you hurt me I gave you everything I had but apparently that wasn't enough."
Michael's voice cracked
"G-gene you can't just leave me, all those years meant nothing?."
I tried to hold my tears.
" tell me what I should do to fix this!"
" you can't fix this Michael you can't fix us."
He sighed heavily
"You can't change what you did.
You can't change the past."
"If I could I would, it was a mistake but if you let me explain you would understand."
" I'll wait forever if that is what it'll take for you to forgive me. I love you."
"Please Gene I need you, your like my drug and I'll do anything for you any favor."
"Then do me a favor and just leave me the fuck alone," I said crying
"Gene, damn it then don't send that miss you text. Delete my number all the pictures and forget what he had but when you leave, run and don't come back.
" fine that's what I'm doing I'm leaving I'm gonna leave this all behind and my baby is gonna come with me that your not gonna see."
"You can't take away my child from me! you know I'll find you I have people in high places who can find you.
I ignored him
"why'd you cheat Michael? Did I not make you happy if I didn't you could've just left me.
He didn't say anything ignoring the question making me mad
" what about the wedding?" he said
