~Chapter 9~

Genevieve's POV

I got off the plane and immediately called august for him to come pick us up.
A- hello?
G- hey I m back can you pick us up at the airPort
A- say what!! yeah I'll be there in like 10 min.
G- okay

I grabbed my bags with Royalty behind me as she was on the phone and headed to where they pick us up.

I waited for him, but tried to stay awake because I didn't want paparazzi taking pictures of us .do until I heard a loud beep making me jump and look at Landon who just stirred.

I looked and saw  August waving at me and got out of his car.

I checked Landon first and then looked at Royalty who was asleep.
I went and hugged August while he laughed " I scared the hell out of you."

I rolled my eyes and gave a smile
" I missed you." He said

I laughed and let go " I did to ".

" you wanna see my baby?" I asked.

He nodded as he put our suitcases in the trunk.

"Well not now he's sleeping."  I said

He nodded his head as I went to go wake up Royalty.

We went to August's house since it was already 4am and figured we'll leave in the morning. We came in and saw someone in the living room I haven't seen in a long time.

" King !" I said going to hug him.

King, my nerdy friend from high school,

"hey I haven't seen you in a long ass time " he said coming to me.

I laughed as Royalty took Landon from me.

" so you got a kid now?" He said

" yep, his name's Landon "

He smiled and August came into the room with Royalty. I didn't even know they left.

August came to me smiling wide
" Is that Landon ?"

I nodded as he picked him up making Him giggle.

" he looks just like his dumb ass dad." August said.

I looked at August and rolled my eyes, I really didn't like him talking about Michael it made me feel bad .

I looked at King
" so what do you do now?"

"Chef And owner of a very nice restaurant you should come by sometimes."

I nodded my head impressed

He laughed and we soon exchanged numbers before he left.

I yawned and looked at Landon as he rubbed his eyes and giving a small yawn

I smiled at him before August and Royalty began to rock him to sleep as August sang to him .

" hey August I'm staying in the same room I stayed last time."

He nodded his head " yeah of course."

I grabbed the bags and went into the guest room I stayed last time, everything was the same. I remember crying myself to sleep about Michael.

I sighed heavily and ran my fingers threw my hair.

I went to change and walked out to Royalty and August passed out on the couch while Landon layed in his hands.

I picked him up carefully and took him to the room and slept.

I woke up this morning with Landon on me touching my face I looked at him and he smiled. He always made my day because he's always smiling or laughing.

I got up with Landon on my waist and his baby food in my other hand.

I checked the time to see I only got 3 hours of sleep .

I got outside of my room and saw Royalty in the same place and August wasn't there so I knew he was in kitchen as always.

I tip toed quietly and saw him flipping a pancake and decided to get  him back from early this morning.

I screamed while August threw the pancake onto the floor and looked at me furiously.

I laughed and saw Landon smiling as August cleaned it up .

" your always scaring me , but I got you in the future I'm gonna do something. Always so damn childish."

I rolled my eyes and began to feed Landon

It was almost afternoon and we needed to go see our new place.

Royalty and grabbed  her suitcases and August carried some of mine while I had Sebastians stuff.

" where do you guys live?" he asked.

I looked at my my E-mails to check.

" some place down the street their like 2 story apartments."

He nodded " cool "

We got out and into the parking lot where I last saw my car.

I gasped excited " my car !"

August smiled before giving me the keys
" don't worry it still works, and I got some stuff done to it." I stared at it in awe.

I hugged him tightly and got in . We said our goodbyes and left

I went to drop Royalty off at her place and then I went to to find my place.

The 2 story apartment was gorgeous it reminded me of NY.

First thing was I unpacked as Landon slept.

It was already late and Royalty called saying she was gonna search  the city but I know she ment going to the club.

I layed on my bed searching  online for furniture to buy as Landon played with his toys.

I got a phone call and checked it was King

K-hey I'm sorry to call your probably busy
G- no it's fine.
K- well there's a charity event I'm hosting and different business   are gonna be there.
G- oh nice!
K- and my date canceled on me last minute so..I was wondering if you would like to accompany me.
G- yeah it sounds like fun is it classy wear
K- thanks and yeah classy wear, you are a life saver and not to make it weird you can bring Landon along.
G- okay so then pick me up at 7 tomorrow.
K- okay see you then.

I hung up and charged my phone and gave Landon a bottle.

I laid him on my bed because I still haven't been able to put the crib together and changed into some shorts and croptop.

I sat on my bed contemplating since I'm in town if I should turn on the tv to see if Michael pops up.

I looked at Landon as he began to fall asleep. 'No I won't' I thought to myself as I threw the remote unto the pillow.
