The first one of the wolves to befriend you was Taehyung. He was bright and charming, always optimistic and sometimes even silly – your personal little sunshine, brightening up your life with a single smile. It seemed like he put no effort into the conversations but nevertheless he got to know you so fast and so well that at this point he was your best friend, both sharing everything there was to share and know about each other. If that wasn't enough, you were also currently Taehyung's flat mate. You had already made a plan to find a nice place anyway when you graduated because you didn't want to inconvenience Hobi and his mate Miri, who you found to be one of the sweetest and most beautiful people you'd ever met – a perfect match for Hoseok, even though they both offered countless times. But when Taehyung told you he had a spare bedroom and needed someone to keep him company when he got bored, which was surprisingly quite often, you didn't hesitate to move in the next day, but not before settling the issues with the payment. Taehyung absolutely refused to take any sort of payment as rent from you but he had to relent on at least sharing the bills when you threatened to not move in at all and just find a place on your own like you had originally intended. It was beyond easy to get to know the rest of the pack after that.

Namjoon was the leader and it was obviously his job to make sure the new-comer wouldn't upset the pack but he was delighted to find you were all too similar to him in many ways. You were a year younger than Hoseok and himself since they were both the same age, but you were intelligent, a quick learner, always appreciated a good book or movie or just a simple walk among nature and had an abundance of patience to handle the younger members. His mate, Nikki, also took an immediate liking to you, bonding over random things from like what kind of flavor ice-cream you both liked to deep subjects like why some people chose to believe in God and others just put their faith in their own abilities.

Namjoon's affection for you only deepened when one day he rushed into Jimin and Jungkook's shared apartment and found you cradling the older of the two in your hands while he cried into your shoulder. Later, they all found out Jimin had been having trouble at home but refused to burden anyone and just kept it in until it became too much to handle. You had mentioned to the leader about your worries concerning the boy since you'd noticed he wasn't being himself lately and when he got the call from you, he ran several red lights and almost caused a chain-crash to happen in fear his pack member might hurt himself. The scent of his leader and a female alpha was enough for Jimin to stop sobbing and calm down long enough to tell you his family was forcing him into mating the daughter of a family friend, supposedly for the sake of the bloodline as Jimin was a purebred as well. It took a lot of effort and planning but you and Namjoon managed to sort the issue out by visiting the Park family. The presence of a dominant she-wolf and her confident way of speaking was enough to convince his parents that Jimin was perfectly capable of finding a mate on his own and that you, as his noona (being half a year older than him), would ensure he would choose the best one to do justice to the bloodline. And you made good on that promise only a few months later when Jimin met a nice little omega she-wolf at the dance competitions you always dragged him to. It turned out her family was respected and quite powerful and Jimin's parents were nothing less than ecstatic about that fact because that meant the girl was well taken care of and her genes were strong. Needless to say, Jimin and his now girlfriend and soon-to-be-mate Anna, were beyond grateful and affectionate towards you.

Cooking, or rather a cooking mishap, was the thing that helped you bond with the eldest of the wolves, namely Jin. He always treated you with an equal amount of respect you yourself showed him and always smiled and cracked joked but never truly opened up to you... until the said cooking mishap almost caused his place to burn down. The pack was supposed to have a nice chill movie night after dinner at Jin's apartment, which was Yoongi's apartment as well. Of course, the three youngest pack members – Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook, or the maknae line as they affectionately called them, were goofing around and pissing everyone off... well, mainly Jin because they were making a real mess in the apartment which he would have to clean up after. Distracted, the oldest forgot to turn off the gas stove as he ran into the living room to get the youngsters under control. They were all laughing and running around... until the sound of the fire alarm exploded throughout the apartment, startling the entire pack with their sensitive hearing. By the time everyone ran into the kitchen, the flames were starting to crawl up every wooden surface they could find, effectively enveloping half the cooking counter. As much as the wolves wanted to do something, they were frozen, instinctively cowering away from the heat of the flames. Jin was convinced the apartment was done for when he caught sight of you inching your way past the flames in an attempt to reach the fire extinguisher on the far end of the kitchen. You were visibly shaking, trying to fight back your instinct to run from the fire as little whimpers of fear escaped your throat. Those pathetic crying sounds were enough to drive the males into frenzy with the impulse to protect the female pack member but every part of them was screaming to stay back. Jin was especially riled up, desperate to help you, knowing it was all his fault.
