Goodbye Jonghyun

As many of you may already know, today the world lost a beautiful soul by the name of Kim Jonghyun.

I'm usually not one for pointing out events that would bring sadness or tears to peoples' eyes, however, this is a chance for a last goodbye to someone I truly admire.

For those of you who don't know, Jonghyun was not only the main vocalist in SHINee but also an amazing, caring and loving person. It doesn't matter if you don't stand SHINee or if you even like them. Regardless of that, today the music industry lost one of the most influential, successful, joyful and selfless artists. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends and to Shawols all around the world.

There are a lot of speculations going around as to what exactly happened but I don't really care about that. Whatever demons Jonghyun was fighting, whatever hardships we was going through, I can only regret he didn't reach out in time, however, I hope he is in a better place and is now at peace.

If this teaches us anything, it is that idols or just celebrities in general, are human too and they cry, laugh, hurt, love just the same as us. Your words are weapons so, please, be mindful of how you use them and who you direct them towards.

And if you're going through something similar, I beg you - reach out. I know it's difficult to ask for help and reveal that vulnerable part of yourself but you are not alone. There are people out there who have been or are currently going through the same thing and will always be there to listen.

Once again, farewell to a star that brightened the stage for 10 years and is now shining among those those in heaven. Rest In Peace, Jonghyun. You will be dearly missed
