The two are back from Texas. Robert didn't have the guts to speak to Anna after that day unless he was obligated to in the last meeting. The plane ride was too awkward. Anna just looked out the window the whole time, her earbuds in while Roberts heart broke more seeing her ignore him. They didn't even say goodbye to each other when they went their separate ways.

Later that evening, Anna and Nathan were having their first date. They were having a nice pasta meal Nathan made at his house. Nathan noticed she was acting a little weird, but decided to ignore it. "Okay, i'm sorry i cant sit here and take this anymore... Did something bad happen in Texas? You seem not like yourself..." Nathan finally asked.

"I'm sorry... Its just jet lag, thats all. I will try to be more myself..." Anna half lied.

"If you want, we can postpone this so you can get some rest?" Nathan offered.

"No no! Its fine, this date has already been postponed. Plus, this pasta is really good."

"Well, i'm glad you like it!"

They finish the meal and Nathan gets an idea on what they can do. "I have a pool." Nathan said. Anna gave him a weird look.

"Okay... That was random..."

"Wanna swim with me?" Nathan asked, heading out to the pool.

"Uh, i dont have my bathing suit..." Anna said, Nathan now standing dangerously close to the pool, facing her.

"Clothes are just as good!" Nathan said before turning around quickly and jumping in. Anna gasps and laughs at the same time. Nathan pops up to the surface, smiling like an idiot holding his sunglasses in his mouth. "Come on! Its fun!"

"These are my only clothes Nathan!" Anna says, stepping away as Nathan comes out of the pool.

"You can borrow mine after while yours dry..." Nathan said, approaching her as she backs up. "Why are you running away from me?" Nathan asked sheepishly.

"Because you are going to throw me-Ahhh!" Anna screamed as Nathan picked her up and threw both of them in the pool. "Nathan!!!" Anna yelled as she resurfaced.

"Oh come on! Wasn't that fun?" Nathan asked while they both laughed.

"Yeah... I guess it was kinda fun..." Anna admits.

"Wooo! Accomplishment!" Nathan said, making Anna laugh. He is suddenly right next to her.

"Theres that smile i remember... And theres that Anna i know." Nathan said, smiling himself. They both get serious as they inch closer together. There lips finally touch in a kiss. Nathan is used to kisses being wild and fast, but with her, its different. He is going slow and being passionate. This one not leading to sex. They break apart and just look at each other. "You really have changed me, Anna Kent..." Nathan said.

"How?"

"Because i have never kissed a woman like that, its always wild and fast, then y'know... leading to sex. But this was slow and passionate, and i dont want sex right now. You've changed me..." Nathan confessed, smiling.

"I am honored." Anna said and they kissed again.

The next day, Anna was back to work. She didn't want to leave Nathans yesterday, but she knew she had to. Now she has to avoid his brother as much as possible today.

Once Robert knew Anna was in the building, Robert got prepared to talk to her. Anna walked in, the first thing she saw was Robert and she dodged him, going for the paperwork on her desk. "Anna." Robert said. She just ignored him, gathering the papers. "Anna." Robert said sternly this time. Still no response. "Anna, please dont ignore me..." She kept ignoring him. She started walking to the door to make copies, Robert didn't want to go this far, but he couldn't help himself. Before Anna could open the door, he pinned her to it. The papers fell on the floor and he turned her around to face him. "Anna, please just listen to me."

"What are you doing?" She asked, trying to break away from him, but failing.

"You were ignoring me so i made sure you hear this. We cant work ignoring each other. I'm sorry i said what i said, but just know that i meant it. Last night, Nathan called me and told me how great of a time he had with you last night. I was wrong, he changed his ways because of you. I'm willing to keep my feelings and talking about them at bay so it wont be awkward anymore..."

"This is really bothering you, isn't it?"

"Of course. I dont want you to ignore me, i want to hear that beautiful voice talk to me..." Robert says, then remembers his promise. "Sorry, just forget i said that..."

"You think my voice is beautiful?" Anna asks.

"Please dont make me repeat it. Everything about you is beautiful. My brother is a lucky man to have you, Anna..." Robert says, looking intensely into her eyes. Both ignoring the fact that he is still pinning her to the door.

"I'm lucky to have him too. He also got me this job where i met you..."

"Dont say things like that..." Robert said, his voice lower than usual.

"Why?" Anna asks, genuinely confused. Robert sighs before speaking.

"It... It makes me want to kiss you." Robert almost whispers.

"Oh..." Anna said, she tries to move slightly, which makes Robert feel it and she hears him groan very slightly. Anna blushes and Robert looks away. "I should go make copies now..." Anna says.

"Okay." Robert says in her ear, then gave her a light kiss on her neck before turning around and helping pick up the papers.
