Theresa discreetly elbowed Mayday before she notice the source of Evan's nervousness. Loki was glaring daggers into the poor boy's skull.

"Hey, are you heading to school too?" Theresa attempted to be civil, unlike her two friends. Evan nodded casting quick glances at the two threats.

Theresa pushed her fake glasses back up her nose as it slipped off, "You can come with us, I guess?" Mayday looked appalled, Loki seemed taken back. Evan chuckled.

"I mean I really can't go anywhere else, right?" Theresa laughed at his attempt to lighten the mood. The four then continued to walk in silence. Theresa yanked Loki's shirt when she caught him giving Evan the stink-eyes again. Loki turned to her with a 'what?' expression. Theresa shook her head disapprovingly. Loki replied with an eye-roll.

"Hey, do you mind if we compare schedules?" Theresa asked suddenly, pulling out her own. The other followed suit. Apparently, she had history with 'Logan' (and Peter) first period, Chemistry with Evan (plus Sam and Peter) second, Calculus with 'Madeline' and Evan, English with none of them then lunch. After, she had Spanish with 'Madeline' and 'Logan' and choir with none of them, sadly. Finally, she had the school decathlon team with Evan too.

Upon arriving at school and gather their stuff from the lockers, Theresa and Loki broke off from the rest of the 'group' and headed to history.

"Hey, I forgot, I never asked why you two came after me," Theresa suddenly asked outside the classroom door.

"Yeah, about that..." Loki began, "We thought you might need help because he's here too."

"Who?"

"Thanos is still alive in this world, Theresa." Theresa froze while realization dawned on her. The Avengers were left weak and battered and in a state of chaos after battling Thanos and that was what allowed Darkhand to rise after getting the gauntlet and recollecting the stones. Her hand flew to her mouth mentally hitting herself for forgetting that important fact.

"Oh my gosh, you're right!" Theresa finally allowed herself to facepalm, gently because of the glasses. Loki patted her on the shoulder and guided her into the classroom after realizing she wasn't moving by herself.

First thing she notice in the classroom was that Peter wasn't there like yesterday. The second thing she noticed was that everyone else was there, even the teacher.

"You two are a minute late, please take your seats," Mr. Walters sighed. Theresa looked sheepishly at Loki and slunk to the last few empty seats. Loki dropped into the seat next to her with a sigh.

"Class please flip to page 4 and read to the end of page 8 then answer these questions," Mr. Walters began and passed out a few sheets of paper. About halfway through the assignment, the door slammed open revealing an out of breath Peter.

"Mr. Parker! How nice of you to finally join us!" The teachers greeted sarcastically.

"I'm sorry, my alarm clock broke! It won't happened again!"

"Go take a seat, Parker, and don't make promises to can't keep!"

Grumbling, Peter sat down in front of Theresa and she made out, "Those are the best one!" Theresa had to bite her bottom lip to prevent herself from laughing out loud. Peter is still Peter no matter how old.
