Claudia’s P.O.V
As we’re all just sitting in the bus tired after the concert, Ted and Sydney walk in. They see me on Harry’s lap and just give us a look. I look back at Harry confused but ignore it and continue our embrace. Then Sydney gives me an obnoxious cough.
“What are you doing?” She says.
“What do you mean?” I ask her back. Still holding Harry. Then she looks out of the window sarcastically.
“Wow, I don’t see any cameras here, do you?” She asks me.
Then I get the hint. She doesn’t want me to be with Harry if there were no press around. After all, that’s all this relationship is about.
I look at her then back at Harry. I get off his lap and sit across from him.
“I hope you two realize how serious this is. There will be absolutely no real feelings here. That jeopardizes everything.” Ted says. Then he looks at the other boys.
“And if you guys know something I don’t, it’s your careers on the line too.” Ted continues. Then him and Sydney both get out and move towards their cars.
I just look over to the other boys looking worried. I don’t want my relationship to have restrictions. We spend the next couple minutes on the bus silent, until we finally get to our hotel. We grab our things and make it to our rooms. I was sharing mine with Chloe. As we get comfortable I hear the door open and turn around expecting Harry. I was expecting him to come in, hug me, and tell me everything would be okay. But it wasn’t. It was Louis.
“What happened?” I ask him curiously,
“Nothing. Harry just wanted me to deliver a message.” He says walking over to me.
I laugh and say, “He couldn’t deliver it himself?”
Then Louis comes up closer to me and says in a whisper, “Look, Ted and Sydney are cracking down on this. They’re figuring things out and told Harry not to be near you whenever you’re not in front of the camera.”
I just stare back at him. “They can’t do this.” I say back blankly.
“They can Claudia. And what he wanted me to tell you this, he loves you. No matter what happens with Ted and Sydney for now, he’ll find a way to make it work.” Louis says.
“But Louis, how? How in the world are we gonna fix things?” I ask starting to tear up.
“I don’t know but I’ve known Harry for a while. When he says something, he means it. Honestly.” Then Louis kisses my head and tells me to just stay strong. I look at him as he walks out of the door while Chloe walks in.
“What was Louis doing here?” Chloe asks putting down her luggage.
I just instantly run up to her and start crying. I couldn’t do this. I needed to cry. Me and Harry were doing so well. Things were… working. Then reality hit me. I just don’t understand why life can be this unfair. After I calm down a bit I walk away from Chloe.
“It’s okay… just tell me what happens.” Chloe says before closing the door and sitting next to me.
Harry’s P.O.V
Louis comes back in the room. He gives me a friendly smile but I know things didn’t go well. I should’ve just gone myself. I should’ve risked it.
“What happened?” I asked him. Knowing the answer already.
“She’s gonna be fine Harry.” Is all he says back.
