Sweat ran on Zach forehead while he talked with that girl.
He couldn't speak properly and he couldn't stop moving his fingers.
The girl was starting to get scared as the teen continued getting paler and paler.
Zach felt like he was about to pass out, like he had the entire world on his shoulders. He felt his heart running extremely fast and his blood rushing over his body. He started to feel sick and he felt the urge to vomit, but he couldn't do it in front of the girl, he had to do it for Jonah, he had to talk. He had to communicate with at least another human who wasn't the four boys that lived with him.
After a while talking to her, he started feeling confident and he felt that he was able to do it, he felt strong. But then, something changed, the girl asked something that Zach didn't see coming.
- Are you autistic??
Zach was going to throw up.
Literally there, in front of the girl, but he managed to run to his bedroom and into the bathroom.
After throwing up multiples time, Jonah joined him. He held him tight while he whispered over an over again a quite "sorry". Zach didn't blame him, he had good intentions after all. They both laid on the bed, just staring into each other eyes. The oldest leaned in and kissed Zach. Who, of course, kissed back. They knew that they didn't need anyone else at that moment. They only needed themselves.
For the rest of the day, Jonah took care of Zach, and he couldn't thank him enough for being there for him.
