The curly haired boy laid down on a hospital bed.
He felt a huge pain on his stomach.
He closed his eyes, trying to get he pain away.
Daniel held his hand and watched how his boyfriend was suffering.

- Jack, stay strong okay? They'll come in any minute to take you to surgery okay.

The younger male nodded while he let out a shaky breath.

On another room, at the same hospital, the pale boy, paler than usual, was sitting on a chair, with some type of IV connected to his arm.
He was going through cancer.
It was only stage one, so with a few more sessions of chemo, it will go away.
He felt weak, sometimes nauseous, but he had Jonah.
Jonah was sitting next to him.
Holding his free hand and caressing it carefully.

As the pain grew, the curly male started loosing strength. He was weaker than when he arrived and he was paler. He was clutching his stomach and tears run down his cheek.
Daniel tried to calm him down, but he couldn't blame him, they had been waiting there for long two hours.

Jonah helped Zach and they both got out of the room. On their way to the door, they saw something that caught their attention.
Corbyn was sitting alone at the waiting room.

- Corbyn, what are you doing here??

- Zach? Jonah? I could ask you the same.

- But he asked first.

Jonah said while chuckling.

- I'm here for Jack, he's supposed to be in surgery right now.

- What?!?

- Something related to his appendix, Daniel didn't give me any details.

Both boys sat down with the blonde.

Finally a doctor came, they rushed Jack out of the room while Daniel returned to the waiting room. He was surprised to see the two brunettes sitting down next to Corbyn.
The tall male joined them, sitting in front of them, explaining why he had taken so long.
After another two long hours of waiting, Jack was back on the room, unconscious, thanks to the anesthesia and he had a mask over his mouth for helping him to breath.

The couple of brunettes, left the hospital due to Zach's condition. He was exhausted and he was literally falling asleep there. They made their way toward the exit and they took an uber home.

Daniel held Jack hand while he rubbed small circles on it.
After waiting for another half an hour, the young boy opened his eyes.

- Hello sleeping beauty!

- Hey...

- How are you feeling?

- Like I'm drugged.

Daniel and Corbyn chuckled at him. After a little talk, Corbyn left and Daniel laid down next to Jack.
Soon, the curly haired boy was out in his arms.

Meanwhile in the house, Jonah and Zach were sleeping together on their bed.

The four of them, knew that they will always have the other one by their side.
