Ch.12 Truth?

Skye: "Huh? Where am I? Wait. CHASE!" She said waking up in her pup house.

Skye then darted to Chase's pup house. Nothing. She went to the others that were surprisingly awake already.

Skye: "All of you are awake? This early?"

Zuma: "Actually we nevew slept."

Rubble: "Yeah I was way to scared to sleep alone, especially without Chase, the strongest in the team. "

Rocky: "Yeah Marshall is going to be sorry. "

Skye: "MARSHALL DID ALL OF THIS?! Wait how did you know?"

Rocky: "He attacked me first."

Skye: "So the yelp me and Chase heard was you?"

Rocky: "Yeah and when I finally woke up I saw you knock out as well. I knew that something was wrong. Chase would never leave you alone like that. That's when I found this..."

Rocky showed Skye Chase's pup tag. Tears filled her eyes.

Zuma: "Wocky then came and told us evewything he knew."

Rubble: "We also were the ones that put you back in your pup house."

Rocky: "I just don't understand why Marshall would attack me."

Skye: "You think it could have been like a lure or trap?"

Rocky: "Exactly! He attacked me so Chase would go outside in the dark and he knew that Chase would try to protect you over himself."

Skye: "So I was Chase's weakness!?"

Zuma: "Come on, Skye, you couldn't have known."

Rubble: "Yeah I'm sure Chase is safe... somewhere."

Skye: "Yeah your right. Chase can defend himself and he can easily take down Marshall. But I am going to start looking for him."

Zuma: "Count me in as well, dude."

Rocky: "And I'll tag along."

Rubble: "You know what I'm going too just can we do that after breakfast."

Skye: "Sure. Don't worry Chase we're coming!"

(With Chase.)

Chase's Pov: "Ow, my head! What the-. Wait SKYE! Where's Skye! Hold on where am I? Also why am I tied up in chains! Aw come on!"

Chase: *struggles with chains*

Marshall: "Don't even try."

Chase: *growls* "You!"

Marshall: "Yeah, try to avoid me now that's right you can't!"

Chase: "What did you do with Skye!?"

Marshall: "Ha. You still think this is about her."

Chase: "What I know is that I have to be sure she is okay."

Marshall: "Yeah,yeah,yeah. Skye is fine how wouldn't you be fine after you get hit with a metal stick."

Chase: "You did WHAT!?" He said with rage then again trying to get out of the chains.

Marshall: *smirks* "It was so easy getting you to come outside after I attacked Rocky."

Chase: "Then that was a trap!"

Marshall: "It wasn't meant to be, I just really got mad at him when I figure he was going to be like your new best friend if I wasn't."

Chase: "Your a monster!"

Marshall: "This is the only way to talk to you!"
