Ch.19 The Dream

Skye's POV: *sniffs* "Ugh! I hate this! Chase basically is acting like I don't exist! But it's not that hard to see why. But it's just well...I still love him. I don't know how?! I don't know why?! It's just confusing and strange, Chase is probably over me already! I know he is...because... he wants to find the female pup that saved his life...he is going to fall in love with her and love her more than anyone else, even me...what am I going to do!"

Skye was thinking and eating at the same time, well she was until Marshall and Everest came in together.

Skye: *rolls eyes* "What do you guys want?"

Everest: "We just came here to see how your feeling." She said that while sitting next to her as well as nudging Marshall to do the same.

Marshall: *sits next to Everest that was sitting next to Skye* "So how are you feeling Skye?"

Skye: *mumbles* "I'll be better if you guys weren't here."

Everest: "Hey! I heard that!"

Marshall: "Geez. What's with the attitude Skye?"

Skye: *sighs* "It's just...Chase and...nevermind."

Everest: "Come on Skye you clearly want to talk to someone, or should I say pups, about it." She said motioning them as the certain 'pups'.

Skye: "Well-."

She cut off by three team members, that look like they came out of thin air, tackling both of Skye's listeners.

Rocky: "What are you doing here!" He said after pinning Marshall down.

Zuma: "Yeah you as well Evewest!" He said cornering her.

Rubble: "Skye are you okay, though."

Skye: "Well of course I'm fine! They didn't come here to hurt me they were just talking to me! Let them go!"

Zuma let Everest go but Rocky wasn't moving an inch.

Rocky: *scoffs* "Yeah right! This one is full of surprises. Just like Chase, I don't trust him!"

Everest: "Well then trust me when I say that if he is going to do something stupid I'll slap him!" She said pushing Rocky off of Marshall.

Rocky: *glares* "What are you guys a couple or something?"

Marshall: *blushes while getting up* "Just shut up Rocky!" He said trying to hide his real emotions with anger.

Everest: "Yeah and we aren't by the way." She mumbled but pretty sure he heard it.

Rocky: "Oh what are going to do, Marshall?! Knock me out again?!"

Marshall: *growls* "Maybe I will! Then you'll let me talk!"

Rocky: *growls*

Everest: "Stop! Just be quiet, gosh. It's not that hard you two!"

Both Rocky and Marshall backed down but still gave each other stares as in 'We will settle this later'.

Skye: "But first off guys, let me say this...where the heck have you guys been!"

Zuma: "We wewe always hewe, Skye." He said a little confused.

Skye: "You were?"

Rocky: "Yeah and by the way how is the whole thing with you and Chase?"

Rubble: "Yeah...why did he dump you?"

Skye: "You heard!?"

Zuma: *looks at paws* "Yeah..."

Rocky: "Maybe just a little."
