12. You were right

S : "Joon, WAIT !"

Where the hell did he go? He dissapeared from my sight in a minute, I was not fast enough to catch him. What is going on, who were on the phone with him?

I tried to call him but no answers.
While I was still walking down the streets around our appartment to look for Namjoon, I thought of a place he could have gone.
There is this cool place not far from the coffee shop we go to where he loves to go when he want to read, or just "connect" with nature and empty his mind from everything.
I decided to pass by the coffee shop and bought two americanos and the glazed donut Namjoon always takes.

This place is hardly busy as it's really hided and a little tricky to get to it. You have to pass through bushes and a little dirt path.

As I was walking near the old and only bench is this park, I saw his back, he was facing the little lake in front of him. I continued to walk towards him and sat next to him.
He didn't even turned his head to my way and continued to look straight in front of him.

I handed him the coffee, he took a sip of it and gave it back to me, without looking at me.
As I was looking at him, I noticed his eyes were red. Did he cried?!

S : "Hey bighead" I punched him gently in the arm "Tell me what's going on"

N : "Nothing"

S : "Joon... not with me, come on, you know you can talk to me right" I patted the back of his head while looking at him a little worried. Because I think I know what's going on, and I don't want it to be what I think it is.

N : "You were right..." he looked into my eyes and I could see some tears ready to drop from his eyes... and from mine.

N : "Since the beggining you w-" I didn't let him finish and put my finger on top of his mouth

S : "Ssshht, let's not talk about that right now, I doesn't matter if I was right or not.... s-she did it again, she's gonna regret it I swear"

I felt my my teeth gritting and my blood boiling inside of me. To see my Joon heart-broken and hurt again.... I put our coffee on the floor and took him in my arms and hugged him tightly.

S : "Don't be sad for someone who is not worth it please, she doesn't deserve you, look at you Joonie you have everything for yourself, you're such a nice, handsome, talented, intelligent and strong men and you have a bright future in front of you, do you really think a bitch at not even your feet level is worth your tears? No Mister Kim!" I looked at him and saw him smiling warmly to me.
"See~! You're so much better when you smile, bighead!"

N : "Thank you Saia.. I-I don't know what I would do without you seriously" he woke up from the bench and pulled my arms to hug me tightly again.... a little to tight

S : "I- I cnnnntbrrth"

N : "what did you said?"

S : " I SAID I CAN'T BREATHE!"

N : "Oh.... Uh sorry" he let go of me, a little embarassed and sat down again. "Can I have the coffee please?"

What are you doing to my heart Kim Namjoon, I feel like I need to protect you more than ever now, now that you showed me your vulnerable side again, but... but I won't be able to be here for you completely, unless you let me... And now I am Tae's girlfriend, I-

N : " Yah!! One two, one two! Earth to Saia! Can I have my coffee please ?"

I was squeezing his cup of coffee in my hand while thinking and I didn't even paid attention to it.

S : "Oh! Uhm.. I-I'm sorry, here take it. And uhm, yeah I bought you your favorite donut, here it is, enjoy! I doubt you had something for breakfast yet and you're probably hungry so, yeah..."

N : "Oh thank you! You're right, I haven eaten yet I'm starving actually" he started eating his donut and drink his coffee.

~ I just can't take my eyes off of you ~

N : "mmmh, What?" He said with half of his donut stuffed in his mouth.

Fuck, Did I just thought out loud? Yes I did, stupid Saia,I'm losing my mind.

S : " oh? Uh nothing, just drink your coffee and let's go home, it may be sunny today but it's freezing!"

Thank God he didn't heard me. That was close.

\Namjoon's POV/

~ I can't either Saia... It's like you put a spell on me. When you told me these words, I felt like growing wings, and only you can do this to me. ~

We were walking on our way home, and Saia was walking next to me, silently looking at everything around her, as usual, like it was her first time here. I just found this so cute so I looked at her and smiled automatically when she saw me looking at her.

S : " What's so funny dude? Do I have something on my face?" She started rubbing her entire face with her hands

N : "Yes you have something"

S : "Where ?! Get the thing out of my face then!"

N : "Come here" I came closer to her and squeezed her nose.

S : "Ahhhhh, It hurts! What's wrong with you bighead!"

I bursted out of laugh at her reaction, her little nose was all red and that made her look really cute. I continued walking towards her.

N : " Hurry up or else I'm locking you outside the appartment"

S : "Hey no! Wait!" She started running and pushed me. "Let's do a race. Catch me if you can, LOSER!!!"

N :"HEY! YOU'RE CHEATING, WAIT!" I started running as well.

S : " I WON! I WON! You'll pay my food today, that's your punishment! Haha, are you getting old or what, your legs are getting tired bro,
go workout!"

N : "Hey! You started running before me, you know I would have beat you If we started at the same time!"

We opened the front door of our building. We were waiting for the elavator to come. When it came to the floor 0, the door opened. And inside there was the person I least wanted to see now... Saia's eyes and mine widened instantly at her sight.

? : "Namjoon..."
