I was drying my hair when I heard my phone rang. I rolled my eyes when I looked at the screen, but I answered it anyway.
"What is it Matt?" I sighed. He cleared his throat.
"What's your opinion of raspberries? Apparently they're pretty controversial. But, I can't make any sense of it."
I furrowed my brows, and then rolled my eyes. "Marty told you?"
"Told me what?! I literally have no freaking clue what's going on. Can you just come to that coffee shop we're always at? There is, an actual situation." He explained.
I sighed. "Yeah Matt. I'll be there soon."
---
Matt hung up, and sat down at a table with Nick, Marty, and Adam.
"Good news. Y/N is on her way." He smiled. But neither of them said anything.
Nick just tapped his fingers against the table. "So..do we get to know anything?"
Adam smirked as he looked at Marty. "I don't know, would you like to brag about trying to replace me?"
Marty rolled his eyes. "Oh come on Mate. Why would I kick you when you're down?" He smirked.
Adam scoffed. "Oh wow! Those are some big words for someone who just got his a*s handed to him! Face it. You're just someone's dirty little secret."
Marty chuckled. "Oh wow Mate. You know..those are some big words for someone who didn't have the best sex in the world last night. Plus she's a fantastic kisser too." He replied.
"Wait. Did you sleep with Y/N last night?" Nick asked.
But both Marty and Adam were too caught up in their argument to answer him.
Adam clapped sarcastically. "You wanna play this game? Alright fine. How's my d*ck taste?" He asked, with the most cocky expression possible.
Matt and Nick's eyes widened.
Marty matched his expression. "Hmm..probably not as good as mine, but..I guess you'd have to ask her." He smirked, as he placed a hand on Adam's shoulder.
Nick leaned over to Matt.
"Note to self. Don't share drinks with Y/N." He whispered.
"If those two weren't here, I'd kill you." Adam hissed.
"Oh sure you would." Marty replied.
"Guys! Stop!" Matt exclaimed, to get their attention. "What, does any of this, have to do, with raspberries?"
Marty and Adam rolled their eyes, but didn't answer him, because they noticed me walk in.
My eyes widened when I saw Adam and Marty in the same room. None of this could be good.
I took a deep breath and made my way to the table. I sat down, trying not to look at either of them.
"What's going on?" I asked dryly.
Matt cleared his throat. "Well, I still don't know what the deal with the raspberries is, and these two are fighting about something."
I rolled my eyes, and looked at both Adam and Marty.
"Well, what is all of this about?" I asked, already knowing the answer.
Marty refused to look me in the eye. "Well Love, he knows.." He mumbled.
I took a deep breath and looked at Adam.
I didn't know what to say. But the expression on his face was breaking my heart.
When you know someone as long as I've known Adam. There's a few things you pick up on. I could basically have a conversation with Adam just by looking him in the eyes.
He grabbed my hand from across the table. "Look Y/N..I-I just wanna forget any of this ever happened. I don't care what happened with him."
"What exactly happened?! Do we get to know?!" Nick exclaimed.
I let out a sigh, and looked at Nick who I hadn't seen in the past few days.
"I-I slept with Marty."
"Oh well that explains all the gross things they were saying about you. But, it doesn't explain the raspberries." Nick replied, and Matt nodded in agreement.
I cocked my head and furrowed my brows, as I looked back at Adam and Marty.
"What did you guys say exactly?" I questioned.
"Oh, they didn't say anything. They yelled it." Matt replied, before telling me what it was they said.
I stormed out as I shook my head in disappointment.
"Y/N wait!" Marty and Adam said in sync, as they stood to follow me.
Adam rolled his eyes, and turned to Marty. "You, sit back down!" He exclaimed with a sarcastic smirk as he pushed Marty back into his seat, and continued to follow me out.
"Y/N, please, talk to me." Adam called out, causing me to stop in my tracks. I turned to face my ex boyfriend, a frustrated expression on my face.
"I can't! Because if I do, I'm gonna feel bad for you, and I'm gonna hate myself, and I just can't feel like that right now, because..after what you said, I should hit you!" I exclaimed tears in my eyes.
"Then hit me! Please, hit me if there's a possibility that we could fix this, then do it!" He yelled back.
This. This was our problem. Our stupid freaking egos.
Marty came outside and ran over to us, and The Bucks followed him out, but decided not to intervene, unless they were needed.
Marty stood in front of Adam, and put a hand on his chest.
"That's enough. You need to calm the f*ck down." He stated dryly. Adam rolled his eyes.
"Oh my gosh you're so annoying! This is none of your business, and maybe if you'd actually leave other people's lives alone, none of this would be happening. Y/N, just tell him he's a f*cking mistake please!" Adam replied, as he pushed Marty's hand off of him.
I looked at the crowd of people around us, some taking videos. And I thought about how stupid they were both acting. I scoffed, and shook my head. "Actually.." I started, before wiping tears from my eyes.
"You both are."
I said before storming off, as soon as I got in my car, I broke down crying. I heard a knock on my passenger door window. I expected it to be Adam or Marty, but when I looked up, it was worse. It was the literal last person I'd wanna see right now.
Kenny Omega.
He looked concerned, but I said nothing. He rolled his eyes, and opened the door and got in.
"Are you okay?" He asked. I rolled my eyes, and scoffed.
"Are you? What happened to your face? You look horrible." I teased.
"Yeah. That was Adam. I deserved it." He replied with a laugh.
I chuckled, and started my car. "Sounds like him. I gotta get out of here. You coming or not Omega?" I asked.
He nodded. "Yeah. I need to apologize anyway." He stated. I nodded.
"Well, then go ahead."
---
Adam, couldn't just drop it. He kept pushing Marty back, trying to be as annoying as possible. And it worked.
"Alright Adam, enough." Marty hissed.
Adam scoffed. "Oooh, or what?" He mocked. Marty rolled his eyes, and punched Adam in the face as hard as he could, knocking him to the ground.
Finally Matt and Nick intervened.
"No! Not here. You guys, come with me." Nick stated, as he pushed both guys in front of him and made them leave, while Matt kept the people watching the fight at bay.
This was gonna be a long day.
