"A storyline..? I don't know about that. We like..used to actually date.."

Daniel chuckled. "Okay...but this is like actually your job. So, I don't think Shane was really asking."

I sighed. "My apologies. Considering he worded it like a question." I stated sarcastically.

Shane held his hands up in defense. "I was kind of asking. But we were told there wouldn't be an issue. It's one of the reasons, we signed both of you. This is a nice angle to work with."

I furrowed my brows. "Who told you there wouldn't be an issue?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"Kevin Owens. We asked his opinion, considering he knows both of you." Shane replied.

I said nothing. I just clenched my fists together, and resisted the urge to punch Adam.

Daniel handed me a script. "Here. Just try it out. If the crowd doesn't like it, then don't worry about it." I took the script, and stormed off without looking back.

I went out to the car, and sat there. I felt frustrated, annoyed, and stuck. Adam joined me soon after, and he let out a sigh.

"I'm sorry..I'm so sorry. You have to know, I had nothing to do with that." He apologized.

I remained quiet.

"Please..Y/N, talk to me." He continued.

"Do you have any idea how he's gonna feel about this? Whether or whether not you instigated this, doesn't make you in the right. Kevin did this, for you. I don't care if you asked for it or not. Gosh Adam, for once, or just once, can you just f*cking imagine what it'd be like to be in his position?!" I exclaimed.

Adam cleared his throat. "I was in his position." He stated.

My face dropped, I really should've thought about what I was saying, that whole thing that Kenny and The Bucks did is what started this. And it wasn't much different.

"Adam I'm-"

He shook his head. "No. You aren't going to say something like that to me, and then just apologize. Because maybe it's time I tell you how I feel. Maybe you, should put yourself in my position Y/N."

He interrupted, his tone changing completely, leaving me speechless.

"I feel used. Do you even remember, the last time we saw each other before you left? You slept with me. And now? You're playing house with him of all people. And me? I don't even get a text. After all we've been through. All those years. And you can just..erase me. Then you and him, act like it's hard for you guys to have to see me? All I can do is talk. I don't know what you guys are so broken up about. I have to see you, replace me. I see you smile, and know that it has nothing to do with me. And that's pain. That's frustration."

He continued, before wiping his eyes.

"And, I know I don't have to stick around. But I can't leave. Because I'm still in love with you. And as much as it hurts, it's the only chance that I have. Oh, and before you ask, I have tried to move on. But I can't even look at another girl without wishing she was you. So I've been alone, all this time. But all you can think about, is if he's gonna be okay..what I wouldn't give, for you to treat me like that again."

He sighed, as he started the car.

"But, I guess..that ship, has sailed. I guess it's off the table. But you know what? I'm not gonna stop trying. Because even after all this, you still haven't told me to go. If it bothers you so bad, tell me you don't want me around."

He looked at me, awaiting a response. I couldn't think of anything to say. I felt horrible. There was only one thing I could say.

"Pause."
