After the amazing fireworks we headed back to the car. I drove home holding Melanie's hand the whole way rubbing my thumb across her soft hand. I would look in my rear view mirror seeing the kids fast asleep after a great day.

"Stop by Phil's he has something for you." Melanie said bringing me from my thoughts.

"Okay. When am I going to get my surprise from you?" I said bringing her hand to my lips kissing it.

"You already got it."

"What?"

"Yea the castle."

"But you said later tonight?"

"Yea. That was later tonight." I gave her a look and she started laughing. "Oh you thought that we were going to-" She laughed more making me annoyed. "Oh baby I'm sorry I'm on my period."

"Then why the hell did you tease me all morning?"

"Because I like messing with you." She said smiling I gave her a look and looked back to the road. Damn it!

We pulled into Phil's drive way seeing the lights on, we grabbed the kids and were quickly awake running to the door knowing where we were. Our kids got along so good.

"Hey there's the birthday boy!" Phil screamed opening the door.

"Hey uncle Phil!" The twins said hugging him then ran past him to go play.

"Hey man thanks!" I said hugging him and he hugged Melanie.

"Oh hey guys!" Urbana said giving us hugs as well. We went in the living room talking as the kids played up stairs we talked about how today was and how Melanie surprised me so much today.

"Aww that's so sweet Melanie!" Urbana said.

"Damn babe you got to step up your game." Phil said to her making us all laugh.

"Shut up!" She said playfully pushing him.

"I bet you guys are tired I'll go get your present and let you guys go ahead and go." Phil said as me as Melanie started to yawn.

"Yea it's getting late I know the kids are still tired." Melanie said closing her eyes and laying on me.

"Preston! Talia we are leaving!"

"Aww!" We could hear them all say together.

"Alright here you go man it's from me and the family." Phil said walking around the corner holding a box. I smiled feeling that excitement of opening up gifts. I opened it up and smiled. "Melanie told me about the car so we thought we get you things to go inside."

I began smiling as I pulled out the different items, wipes to clean the inside, spray for the leather seats, and my favorite, big white fluffy dice to hang over the mirror. "Thanks you guys!"I said getting up to hug them.

"You know I had to find you those dice." Phil said as I was still laughing at them. I put everything up as Melanie stretched then standing up.

"Come on kids lets go home!" I screamed

"We don't want to leave yet!" Preston yelled back as we heard them all walking down the stairs.

"They can stay the night with us, it's fine." Urbana said before they all reached the living room.

"Well okay. Aunt Bana said you guys can stay the night."

"Yayy!" They all screamed together and ran back up the stairs.
