Jr's P.O.V
I laid my head back in the seat looking out the window as mom continued arguing with dad about homeschooling me, because school is now "dangerous".

"He is a kid let him enjoy his time with other kids his age." Dad said focused on the road.

"Yes but he is different he has asthma and could have another attack! I knew something like this was going to happen." My mom said throwing her hands around while talking.

"Babe I was bullied in school too and look at me! I made five albums and wrote hit after hit! And we are living the best life we could have."

"Yes but you didn't have asthma!"

They continued as I zoned there voices out. We drove throw the city heading home, once we reached our neighborhood I seen kids running around, riding bikes and playing basketball in their driveway. It only made me wish I could do that. We reached home and I quickly grabbed my book bag heading to the front door but stopped remembering the door was locked so I waited for my mom. She opened the door and I sped walk past her to the stairs.

"Be ready in two hours for your therapy." Mom said to me as she took off her shoes.

"I'm not going anymore." I said continuing up the stairs.

"What?"

"Jr what's got into you for talking back?" My dad said making me scared, I've never talked back to them.

"They don't help me!" I said as I stop looking down at them feeling tears start to form making it hard for me to see.

"What do you mean baby?" My mom said looking to me with sadness in her eyes.

"I have been doing the same thing every Monday and Wednesday since I was three! They don't help me! I will never be a normal kid and do things without worrying if my inhaler is full!"

"Sweetheart I know it's hard?"

"No you don't mom! I want to try out for the soccer team, I want to play with our neighbors, I want to be able run with everyone and not get left behind!" Tears were now just flowing out of my eyes as they looked up to me sad. "I want to do these things without having anything holding me back! I just want to be a normal kid!" I ran into my room locking the door. I threw my bag on the ground and jumped on my bed crying into my pillow.

Bruno's P.O.V
I had no words, I stood there in shock not believing what my son just told me. I looked over to Melanie as she put her hand over her mouth and began crying. I walked to her pulling her into my chest comforting her.

"Peter he is right, therapy isn't helping him, what's going to happen when he becomes 18? He won't be able to shift, its going to be too much!"

"We don't know that Melanie."

"He almost passed out in a fight! And he said he wants to be normal he doesn't even know what he really is! Neither do the twins! Peter what are we going to do?"

She continued to cry on my chest and all I could do was kiss the top of her head because I didn't even know these answers.

"We will figure this out Melanie, I promise."

A few hours later
Melanie left to go pick up the twins from practice, Jr still has been in his room I could hear him crying from the living room and it only broke my heart more. I suddenly heard movement in his room knowing he was going to come get food, I heard his stomach growling. I sat in the living room watching basketball letting him have his time alone and watched till he was ready to talk. I heard him look through the fridge until he found something. He slowly walked back to the stairs and I couldn't help myself but to say something.

"Hey Jr!" He stopped at the stairs and looked back to me. "Come sit with me real quick." She slowly walked towards me with a yogurt and spoon. He sat next to me looking down to hide his puffy eyes. "Talk to me son. You know I'm always going to be here for you."

"It's okay dad I know you are but it's not like you can make my asthma go away."

"I know I wish I could, trust me. But me and your mom were only trying to help you with physical therapy, and you know how your mom can get especially when you're the baby."

"Yea she gets real crazy, but we can't tell her that or she'll yell at us in Spanish." I laughed knowing how we know how she gets when we tell her that.

"Yea but just know the things we do is just to help you not hurt you."

"Then let me stay in school! Convince mom that I can do it, I know I can it was just that stupid kid."

"Hey don't say that about him, he just doesn't have the right mindset because his parents didn't raise him with manners."

"Sorry. I just like being around kids my age and with Vida, I just want to be able to do things with them."

"Did you really want to try out for soccer?"

"Yea."

"Come on let's go." I said patting his back as I stood up.

"Where?"

"Outside I've never seen you play, let's go." I grabbed a soccer ball out the back closet that was filled with other sports equipment. He looked to me smiling big and ran out with me.

"Alright we are going to warm up to get our bodies going then I want you to some me some moves okay?"

"Okay!"

"Alright let's go buddy!"

Melanie's P.O.V
"Alright don't bring up the fight to him, you hear me?" I said to the twins as we pulled into the driveway after I told them what happened to Jr at school.

"Yes mom." They said as we got out, we walked in and they instantly put their things in the back closet with the other equipment and their practice clothes in the laundry room.

"Bruno?" I said walking to the living room seeing the game on.

"Mom come look!" Talia said to me smiling. I walked to the back and we all looked out the window to the backyard seeing Bruno run drills with Jr. at first I was scared wondering if he had his inhaler but I saw how his face had a big smile and it lit up. Bruno was talking to him about moving fast and quick, focusing on the ball and his movements.

"Dang that kid really messed him up." Preston said laughing a little.

"Hey leave my poor baby alone!" I said hitting him causing Talia to laugh.

"Mom!" He covered his self trying to block me, he was a little taller then me but it was no match against me.

"Go take a shower you stink." I said making them both leave to get ready for dinner.

"Ha! You stink!" Talia said teasing him.

"Shut up you smell like a dirty ol' monkey!"

"And how would you know what that smells like?"

"Because it smells like you!" Preston said laughing making me shake my head, what crazy kids we have. I leaned on the wall still looking out the window to them playing making me smile as they kicked the ball around our big open backyard. Hopefully everything will turn out right.
