A few days later
"Melanie I'm home!" I said coming home from a long day of being in the studio. I've missed the rush of making a new song and sharing it to the world. Geronimo came running to me jumping on me. "Hey beast! Where's everyone at boy?" He ran up the stairs and I followed him. "Mel?" I head for our room opening the door. I carefully put my wallet and keys down on the dresser walking to the most precious picture.

Melanie laid on the edge of our king size bed fast asleep, she hugged on to my pillow with her wavy hair in a messy bun. Talia in the middle of the bed while Preston laid right on Melanie making me laugh. I looked to my right seeing the baby in the swing slowly opening his eyes looking to me. "You guys got mommy tired." I whispered to him, he stretched out his little arms and smiled to me.

I carefully grabbed him heading down stairs. "Let's make dinner for mommy." I placed him in his chair on the counter, he just sat there looking at me knowing he was probably going to fall asleep soon. I looked around and was thinking what to make. I looked in the cabinets seeing what I could work with and saw something that quickly caught my eye. I grabbed it and looked to jr. "Daddy is about to make some amazing dinner." He laughed at me making me smile.

Melanie's P.O.V
I woke up feeling hair in my face but knew it couldn't be mine, Preston's head was by my face. I slowly sat up placing him towards the middle of the with Talia. I yawned looking to the baby swing and saw it was empty. My heart jumped and I quickly got out the bed. "Jr?" I then seen Bruno's wallet and keys on the dresser making me feel better.

"Where's Jr Mommy?" I heard Talia's voice softly say behind me.

"He is probably downstairs with daddy."

"Daddy! Preston Daddy is home!" Talia said hitting Preston waking him up.

"Daddy?" Preston said slowly sitting up.

Talia slid off the bed running and Preston got up running behind her. "Hey be careful with the stairs!" I said as I walked behind them.

"I hear my babies!" Bruno screamed and then heard giggles as he picks them up. I turned the corner seeing him hugging them. I walked to him as he stood up and gave him a kiss.

"How was the studio?"

"Great finished the second song."

"That's so good! Hi my love!" I said to Jr making him smile. I grabbed him and looked at the stove and started smiling. "Bru you cooked?"

"Yea. I clearly saw that the kids drained you so I thought I help."

I smiled to him so happy to have him. "I love you Bruno."

"I love you too."

"Forever?"

"Forever. Dinner is already done I just got to add the final touch."

"Okay. Come on." I grabbed Talia's hand as we walked to the dinning room. I placed the baby in his rocker and helped the kids up on their chairs. Once they were settled in I went back to see what was taking him so long.

He grabbed a pinch of salt and threw it in the pot. "Bam! It's done."

I bust out laughing kissing him. "You are such a dork and I love it!"

"Yea I know!" He said grabbing the plates but he only grabbed two, and they were smaller plates that we use for the twins.

"Wait are we going to eat off their plates or something?"

"No we are going to eat but not this and not with them."

"Then what are we-" I stopped talking once someone started knocking on the door. Bruno smiled to me as he walked towards the door. I followed him and it was Sarah and Alice.

"Hey sorry we are late!"

"No it's fine. Thank you guys for coming." He said letting them in.

"Of course we can never get enough of the kids!"

"Okay I just finished dinner and they had a nap an hour ago so try and keep them busy so they can sleep tonight."

"Wow Bruno you cooked?" Alice said sarcastically.

"Yes!"

"And don't worry the sun hasn't set yet so we will definitely keep them busy." They continued talking while I stood their still confused on why we weren't eating and why they were here.

"Uh what's going on?"

"Oh we are going hunting." Bruno said as they looked to me.

"Yea go have fun girl! I know you really need to after those nine months with jr." Alice said walking towards me.

"Speaking of Jr where is he!?" Sarah said getting excited running to the dinning room.

"Sarah!!" The twins yelled at the same time making us laugh.

"You go enjoy it Melanie we will be here till you guys get back." Alice said

"Well I could really use some fresh meat."

We quickly said goodbye to the kids and head for the woods. Once we were pretty far in I stop taking in a deep breath. Smelling the grass and moss through my nose, feeling the leaves that were still moist from the rain, and hearing all the calls of Mother Nature. It was like my first time back in the forest after having the twins.

"It feels so good to be back."

"Come on let's go." He quickly ran off and I smiled chasing after him.

I passed him running ahead jumping on the logs leaping over him. He just watched me move swiftly around him.

"Come on keep up slow-poke!" I screamed to him.

"You think you own what ever land you land on, the earth is a dead thing you can claim.

But I know every rock, and tree and creature has a life, has a spirit, has a name.."

I sung Pocahontas loudly laughing feeling like her run through the forest. As my hair moved in the wind. I heard Bruno growl as he began shifting making me shift as well letting our hunt begin!
