This was it, this is the moment I've been waiting for! After nine months, I was so excited, no more then excited! Because this time I was actually going to be with her this time, right by her side helping her every step of the way. Once her contractions were right it was time for her to push.

"Okay start pushing Melanie!" Sarah said smiling. Melanie grabbed both my hands and began pushing.

"You got this baby." I said kissing her head. She stopped pushing and started taking in a few breaths and began pushing again.

"Come on girl. Push, push, push." Alice said ready for the baby with a towel.

Melanie stop pushing as she cried out and she growled lightly.

"You're doing so good baby." I said kissing her head.

"Oh I see the head come on girl." Sarah said grabbing the towel from Alice.

Melanie took a few big breaths and pushed once more as she screamed. Melanie had a death grip on my hands I bit down on my bottom lip making me try not to cry out. Sarah smiled so big as she reached in the water and pulled out the baby. Melanie's body relaxed as me and her exhaled the breath we were holding and heard the cries of the baby.

"Oh my gosh baby. You did it! You did it! I'm so proud of you, I love you so much." I said kissing her feeling so proud knowing I could never do something like this.

"W-what is it!?" Melanie said breaking away from my kiss. Sarah cleaned up the baby's face and cleared the throat and nose making the cries loud. She looked down smiling big.

"It's a healthy baby boy!" Melanie and me began crying as Sarah handed him to us.

"Oh my goodness look at all that hair!" I said seeing his head full of curls already.

"He is so beautiful!" Melanie rested him in the warm water on her lap he slowly opened his eyes as his cries calmed down. I leaned in and his eyes set on me.

"Hey buddy, welcome to the world. I'm your dad." I said as my voiced cracked and a tear fell into the water.

Melanie laid her head on me and Sarah gave me a small pair of scissors to cut the umbilical cord.

"So what's the name?" Alice said wiping away a few tears.

"I think Peter Gene Hernandez the third fits him perfectly." Melanie said looking up to me.

"I think he can live up to that name." I kissed Melanie once more. I reached my hand to Jr and he quickly gripped his small hand around my finger making me want to a better father then I already was. "You are my sunshine my only sunshine." I began softly singing making Melanie shed a few tears. "You make me happy when skies are grey." Alice and Sarah slowly got up leaving us alone. "You never know dear how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away." I carefully got in the water with Melanie grabbing him in my arms. "Please don't take my sunshine away." I smiled down to him and he just looked at me with his big brown eyes. "I promise you that I will keep you protected and make sure nothing happens to you, your siblings or your beautiful mother." He closed his eyes and smiled to me making me and Melanie laugh.

"I love you Peter."

"I love you too Melanie."

"Forever?"

"Forever." I kissed her again and we sat there holding our newest treasure cherishing every second I had with both of them.

The Next Day
Today the twins were going to meet the baby and neither one knows it's a boy yet and me and Mel were very curious to see their reaction. We heard a light knock and I went to open it and was nearly tackled by the twins as the ran past my legs and towards Melanie.

"Where's the baby!" Preston said looking around.

"Shh the baby is sleeping." Melanie said giggling holding Jr that was wrapped up like a burrito in her arms. They both slowly walked to the bed then tried to climb up and I helped them up. They both got on each side of her excited with big smiles. "Preston, Talia I want you guys to meet your new baby brother, Jr."

"It's a boy!" Talia said smiling and Preston covered his mouth shocked. I laughed as I sat on the bed too.

"Yea, that means you'll be my only princess!" I kissed her head and she smiled.

"Yea I got a wittle brother!" Preston said throwing his hand in the air. "Can I hold him!"

"Me too!"

"Okay, okay you can take turns. Here let's sit down first." I moved some pillows around Preston so he was sitting straight.

"Alright hold his head and be gentle." Melanie said carefully placing him in his small arms. Preston couldn't stop smiling as I quickly took a picture.

"Okay my turn! My turn!" Talia said sitting down and grabbing pillows to put around her. Melanie grabbed Jr and put him on Talia's lap as she smiled big too. "I got another brother!" She then leaned in and kissed his head as I took another picture.

"You're such a good big sister." Melanie said moving her curls back.

"Hello?" Someone else said while knocking on the door. We all turned and seen Melanie's mom and dad.

"Hey mom and dad." Melanie said grabbing Jr.

"Oh my goodness what is it!" Charlie said getting excited.

"It's a boy!" The twins said at the same time making Melanie's mom start jumping up and down.

"Oh I knew it! I told you it was going to be another boy!" She quickly ran to the bed and carefully grabbed Jr, Charlie moved next to her and slowly picked up his little white hat up.

"Woah look at all that hair!" He said making us all laugh.

"He has mainly Bruno's features." Mel said as I grabbed Preston to put on my lap.

"He is so beautiful." Melanie's mom said as she started to tear up.

"He and Preston are going to be little heart breakers." Charlie said laughing.

I pushed Preston's curls back as I kissed the top of his head enjoying this moment, this life that I have with these amazing people.
