Ever since kindergarten, Luke had been a charmer. He always had that smile and laugh that were just as beautiful as the inside. Although he wasn't planning on becoming a heartbreaker, he became one.

His kind-hearted self made him a ultimate heartbreaker in his school.

He walked into the cafeteria, heading straight to his usual table with his friends. His eyes were skimming the room when his eyes landed on a familiar brunette and a ginger.

Turned out, he wasn't paying attention to whatever his friend was saying. "Dude. Are you even listening to me?" His friend told him. Luke teared his eyes off them and to his friend.

"I'm sorry, what?" Luke said.

His friend sighed. "Seriously? Who is it this time, Luke?"

"It's nobody, Greg. You can cool down now." Greg shook his head. "Nope. I'm pretty sure it was a girl."

Greg scanned the room and his eyes landed on Khadijah and Louisa, making Luke anxious. "Luke...? Care to explain why you were staring at the one in the wrong? They say that we are the ones in the wrong. They say that Jesus didn't die, which he did. They say that Jesus isn't God's son, which is impossible on how Jesus came to life if he didn't have a father.

"Everything they say is a lie, Luke. They created their own religion that they follow. They wrote their own book."

Greg tried to convince Luke what he believed in. But to Luke, something was just not adding up.

Nonetheless of Luke's mind spinning, he still gave his best friend an assuring smile that he was convinced. He sat down and started on munching the sandwich he had in hand.

He had Literature class next. He felt an odd feeling of looking forward to it. And it wasn't because he liked Literature class. He finished his lunch and stopped by his locker to fetch his stuff.

He then entered the classroom right before it started to get crowded. He greeted his teacher with a smile and sat at his regular spot. Khadijah then walked in right after him.

He noticed that she waved at someone but he couldn't see who. She must have felt his eyes on her before he quickly pulled away. As soon as the bell rang, students walked in. He felt relief that he didn't come as late they were because they came in by the warning bell.

The teacher started taking attendance as usual and started the class. But as much as he tried to focus on how his teacher was so interested in The Tell-Tale-Heart, his mind always found a way to jump back to what Greg said in the cafeteria.

But in someway, he didn't feel like agreeing with him, for the first time. That scared him.
