Can I Tell You A Secret

I woke up to the loud sound of my alarm clock its 4 am “Uggh” I groaned rolling over using my hand to find Justin, he wasn’t there. I sat up to find myself alone in bed there was a note on his pillow that said “I’ll be back before you leave. I love you –Justin” I sat the note down and got up. I took a quick shower and then began packing my things I am not excited about this 13 hour flight.

After an hour and a half of packing I finally get all my things packed. I’m glad I decided to wake up at 4 instead of 5 because now I still have an hour and a half before I have to be at the airport.

                I am dressing in sweats and a sweatshirt because I want to be comfy on the plane. I hear the door open. “Justin?” I yell “No its Fredo, Justin isn’t here?” He asked “No. He left a note on his pillow saying he’d be back before I left” I said

 “Oh I’m sure he’ll be back soon” He said “I hope.” I half whispered “So are you all packed?” He asked “Yep.” I said “Okay I’ll let security know so they can take your bags out to the car. “Okay thanks.” I said “Fredo?” I asked “Yeah?” He asked “Thanks for everything, you have been a great friend to me through everything. I know I can talk to you about anything and if Justin does end up with Selena I hope you and I can still be friends” I said

“You’re welcome and yeah for sure I like you!”He said “Thanks.” I said He came over and hugged me “You made him happy after their breakup I hope he remembers that. I like Selena don’t get me wrong but I find it a little odd that her album is coming out soon and now she wants him back. He tried for so long to get her to change her mind.” He said

“Yeah I know.” I said I hugged him tighter and a tear began to fall “I really don’t want to lose him. I’ve practically given up my career to be with him.” I said crying “I know and he knows that as well, Can I tell you a secret? You can’t tell Justin.” He said

“Yeah what?” I asked “Scooter told me that Selena’s manager got a hold of him and asked if Justin would pretend to get back with Selena to promote her album. Scooter said no and he never said anything to Justin. So that is why I think she is talking to him again and getting his hopes up.” He said “Are you kidding me?” I asked “No dead serious.” He said “Justin doesn’t know?”I asked “No but you can’t say anything, Scooter made me swear not to tell. Plus it would devastate Justin.” He said

“Yeah but it will devastate me if he picks her.” I said “Well that’s why you have to convince him to stay with you, or explain to him her album is coming out and everything and it just seems like a coincidence and tell him he can do a fake relationship to help her then you both get what you want” He said “Yeah but what if he loves her he won’t pretend to date her and even if he would there is always a chance he will grow even more feelings for her then what?.” I said “Yeah but if he thinks he can get away with having both of you.” He said

“Yeah but I don’t want him dating both of us and doing whatever he wants with both of us.” I said “So basically you don’t want him having sex with Selena.” He said “Bingo.” I said Laughing he laughed and then we heard the door open and in walk’s Justin carrying a basket full of things. I walk over “What is this?” I asked “It’s for Olivia.” He said I began to examine the basket it had a teddy bear in it, a cute pink blanket that he signed, a CD, an autographed picture and a few more things. “Oh my goodness Justin she will love it!” I said happily “Good, I hope so.” He said

“So are you ready to go to the jet?”He asked “Yeah but Justin I can just ride the plane you don’t have to have you’re jet fly me.” I said “I know babe, But I want to.” He said “Okay.” I said smiling at him. “Everyone is riding in one car your things are already in it and I’m driving with you.” He said “Why aren’t we riding with everyone else?” I questioned “I just want to talk.” He said my heart dropped. “Okay.” I said figuring I already knew what he wanted to talk about.

We walked out the back entrance and got in the cars. Justin opened the door for me and then got in the driver’s seat. We headed down the road following the van with the rest of the crew inside. We rode in silence for a few minutes before I broke the ice. “So what did you want to talk about?” I asked I had already prepared myself for the worst. “Remember when I left for tour and you gave me a letter?” He asked “Yeah?” I said wondering why he was bringing it up

“Well… I wrote one for you.” He said handing me a little pink envelope with my name written on the front he obviously didn’t write it my name was too neat. “Did you write my name on this?” I asked he laughed “No my mom did but I wrote the letter.” He said grabbing my hand I laughed “Okay can I read it now?” I asked “No I couldn’t read mine until I was on the plane so same goes for you.” He said with a smile “Okay.”I said bringing his hand up to my lips and kissing it. We arrived at the airport and I hugged everyone and said my goodbye’s I walked over to Pattie “Thanks for everything.” I said “You’re welcome any time sweetie I’m here for you.” She said I hugged her again then I turned to see Justin standing against the wall.

I walked over and wrapped my arms around him.
