I was really going to miss all my friends here in the north. I had been born here and I had started school here, dad just got transfered to the south so we had to move with him. That includes, mum, myself, Jordan(my brother) and Divine (my sister).
Seriously I didn't want to go, but of course I also didn't have a choice, so I stayed silent as we watched the men my father had paid load the moving van with our belongings before following my family into dad's car.
The drive to the south was pretty much boring, well just for me. The rest of the family seemed to be having fun chatting their heads off. Jordan pinched me just then, "ouch! What was that for?" I asked slightly irritated. He gave me a stupid grin and I pinched him back.
"You look so lost." Divine commented quietly. I rolled my eyes, not wanting to say anything more to these annoying people by my side. Let me tell you a little about my family and why I say they are as annoying as hell.
My dad, well he doesn't mind what happens around as long as no one is on fire. He gives us literally everything we ask for and expects us to be very comfortable. Mom, she wasn't all that bad when she wasn't drinking. Trust me you didn't want to see her drunk. She threw stuffs at us and cursed all the time. Once when Divine was barely four months old, she had almost flung her down the stairs if dad had not come in at the moment. She really didn't care that much what we did either and she made sure we were independent from a very tender age.
Jordan who was currently fourteen was more of a brute. I call him that because he was always getting on my nerves and acting like an insane animal, but seriously I love him. He still remained my only brother and I have to put up with his silly character.
Divine, the baby of the house, who was the only one that allowed my dad's spoils get into her head. She pouted and whined whenever she didn't get what she want which was very annoying. I wish I could just smack her head sometimes but I would have to face mom and probably dad for touching their pumpkin, like they called her. She was ten and as annoying as Jordan. The both of them were more of best friends, quarreling, settling, planning coups(mostly against me) and doing all their stuffs together.
Finally me, Eva. I'm eighteen. I'm more of the quiet type, not all that nerdy though(I don't wear glasses), but I'm a B average and I like it that way. I don't really like too much popularity and attention so I'm very happy that dad and mom are not always available. I'm kinda out spoken though, I'm not all shy so I get along easily with making friends.
So now you have it, all about my family. More would come in later times.
