Baileys P.O.V

I walked in to see Jessica crashed on the couch reading.

[a/n wow I use Jessica a lot... If you've read my fanfic then you know what I'm talking about... Whoops]

My mom already made dinner and she heard me close the door.

"You talked to him." Jessica guessed... Correctly.

"Yeah so." I said.

"Don't you sass me! What happened." She said.

"Were fine." I said.

"Are you not eating?" Mom called.

"No." I trudged up stairs and lay on my bed.

I knew it was only five but I didn't care. Sleeping was better than this world by far.

I dozed off for like two hours until Jessica woke me up by tapping my shoulder.

"Mm." I moaned.

"We need to talk." She said.

"No, we really don't."

"Are you just gonna sleep till your dead?"

"That's the plan." I said.

"Your not helping. I need to talk to you. What happened." She sat on my leg.

I rolled over and looked up. Resting my arm on my forehead.

"What do you mean?"

"What do you mean what do I mean. What happened!"

"What?"

"Your so dumb... At the park! With Zach!"

"We just talked." I said.

"About what."

The memories.

The bad ones.

The good ones I wanted.

But mostly the bad.

"Dad. Sorry, that jerk of a human who doesn't deserve to live."

"Wait so you... Something caused that... Bailey tell me what happened at the park."

I sat up shivering.

"The girls... Cecelia... She choked me. And hit me." I said.

She wrapped a blanket around me.

"Bailey stay strong. It's okay. They can't hurt you."

"But they did!" I cried.

And that's when I realized I wasn't safe. I never was.

And I never will be.

Jessica got me pizza from downstairs.

I only ate half of it.

"You need to eat. It's not healthy. You need food."

"I don't need food I'm fine."

"Hah... Yes you do.. How will you get energy."

"I don't need energy when I'm dead."

"Stop... Your scaring me."

"The whole world scares me." I said taking a nibble out of the crust.

It was a simple pizza. Regular cheese and sauce.

It was ironic.

With everything going on in my life you'd expect a more complex pizza.
