Forever Holding On

Chapter 10

Everyone is silent, dead silent. My gaze breaks and I look away from the three of them. Road is floating around giggling to herself, my heart twists and clenches in my chest. Lavi grabbed his hair. "Y-Your kidding?" He breaks the silence. "After all these years you didn't tell me?!" His voice goes higher.

I look to the side, almost crying right there. "L-Lavi she could have forgotten." Allen says in a strained voice. Lavi growls lowly and slams his hammer on the ground, the impact caused the ground to shake. I gasp and cling onto my hammer to keep me from falling, Allen and Lavina gasped and nearly toppled over. I hiss a little and continue to look at the ground.

Road smiles a bit. "I guess I should go now...since, your all caught up on your family drama." She starts to float away. Allen reaches out for her. "Road stop!" He growls,but Road is already gone before she could answer, now, it's silence. Allen deactivated his innocence, he lowered his head and kept his back turned away from me.

"How, could you." Lavi says lowly. I stay silent, chewing on my bottom lip. "L-Lavi..." I squeak. "You were so scared that you didn't even tell your own brother?!" His voice raises, I flinch and take a step back. "What was I supposed to say Lavi?" I raise my head. "Oh by the way my mother is a Noah?" I growl slightly. Lavi shakes is head. "Still you could have told me instead of letting me find out like this!" He comes towards me. I stiffen up and tried to be tough. "No I couldn't! You don't understand how scared I was Lavi! I was ten!" I shout, my voice cracks.

Lavi turned and rubbed his hand through his hair. "I can't believe you kept it from me." He says a little quieter. I let out a huff, he still didn't understand. "I was scared, I told you already, I was scared that you were going to abandon me, your little sister-" Lavi turns around. "No..." He comes towards me. I blink and back up a little. "What?" I ask.

"Your not my sister..." Lavi says quietly to me, an invisible bullet hits my chest. The lump forms back in my throat again, I want to choke up. "L-Lavi." I squeak again. "You aren't....my sister, your a monster..." He turns back around and walks back to the train, I stand there and my arms shake from how hard I had my fingers clamped. Allen blinks and looked at Lavina. "What did he tell her..." He whispered. Lavina shrugs in return.

My hair falls infront of my face, I clench my teeth together as salty tears sting my eyes, they dropped and rolled down my cheek. "Get out of here." I weakly tell the two. Lavina glances at me. "Ivory, what hap-" I shoot my head up. "Just go! I'm worthless! I just lost the most important family member in my life! I'm a monster I'm nobody! I'm a disgrace to the innocence and I shouldn't be here anymore!" Tears fly from my eyes as I shout at them, I had to go, somewhere, away from here. Away from them.

Allen stupidly walks toward me. "Ivory, your only part Noah, it's not like your a full-" I push past him angrily. "Don't mention that name to me. I hate what I've become....I really am a monster..." I shudder and shake my head, I start to walk further away from the train and toward the forest. "Ivory please wait!" Allen reached out to me, I whip around and slam my hammer down. "I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!" I finally snap and scream at Allen. Allen flinched back and clenched his teeth together. Finally, I turned and bolted into the deep green of the forest.

Whimpers continuously escaped from my mouth as I hid myself in the middle of the forest, I couldn't tell how far or how deep I was in the forest, but I didn't care at this point. I slap my hands over my ears and scream, loudly and not like how I usually would. My emotions were full of pure anger, I couldn't handle anything at this point. My legs give out and I crash onto the floor of the forest, my face stings in the impact, but I didn't care. Pressing my knees to my chest, I tighten myself in a ball. Laying there, motionless, feeling like I wanted to die.

I squeeze my eyes shut, my vision was blurred from the tears. My future was ruined, I hoped that I would have a new future at the order. I would make lot's of friends, save the world from being attacked by Akuma. Now that was ruined, I could never get it back.

Maybe I really am nobody.
