I hiss a little at Cross, he keeps his death glare on me. I never thought I would see him here, alive, infront of me. After about four years of hard ass training and difficult mistakes, I finally got away from this creep, now he's here again. I couldn't call him out in all the nasty horrible things he did to me, only because he saved my life. I almost died back there.

"You haven't grown much have you." Cross says to me. I growl slightly and clench my hands together. "Whatever." I says quietly, I couldn't start freaking out. Cross lights a cigarette and blows the smoke in my face, I cough as I move away from the smoke. "What are you doing here?" He asks me. I look up. "I should be asking you that." I cross my arms and blink. He sighs and puts his hood up again due to the rain. "I was looking for someone, so I had to travel all the way from Japan to look for them." He tells me.

I raise an eyebrow. "Uhn? Who were you looking for?" I question him, he was probably looking for another run away pupil of his. I couldn't imagine why they would run away, it's Cross, he's perverted, nasty, and just horrible. Cross sighs and flicks the cigarette butt away. "I was looking for you." He raises an eyebrow. My breathe hitches in my throat. Me, why me? Out of all people me? My eyes widened and I back up a little. "Uhm, why..." I ask starting to feel uncomfortable. Cross shakes his head. "I won't tell you here, where are you headed?" He asks me. I felt a little uneasy about telling him where I was going, but if I told him, maybe he could have done sense and help me.

I let out a sigh. "I'm looking for my brother, and my two friends." I tell him. An angry blush formed in my cheek when I mentioned my brother, and a lump formed in my throat. "And, who are they? What are their names?" He questions me again. I heave a long sigh and steady myself. "Lavi Bookman, Lavina Lee and Allen Walker." I say, my stomach started to prickle when I told him Allen's name. His eyes widened. "You are friends with Allen Walker?" He seemed surprised. I blink in confusion. "Yes?" I tip my head slightly. Cross starts walking down the track where I was headed. I go to say something but he turned around. "You coming or what?" He asks impatiently. I shake my head and go to catch up with Cross. "Wait, do you know Allen?" I ask keeping up with him. He shakes his head. "I'm surprised he didn't tell you." He sighs. "Tell me what?" I ask him waiting for an answer. "Well, he used to be my pupil, he was the idiot pupil, he didn't know what he was doing half the time." He says.

I chew on my lower lip and think about what he was telling me. "That's a little harsh isn't it?" I blurt out. He glares at me and shook his head. "No, he was an idiot, I took him in when he was nine years old...he was stupid..." He says. I glare back at Cross, he was being completely rude about Allen, he couldn't have been as bad as he says he was.

We basically talked throughout the whole journey, it was pitch black out and I couldn't see a damn thing. "It's too dark out..." I say slowly. Cross nods. "Set up camp then." He tells me. I scoff at him. "But I'm not your pupil anymore..." I start to say. He stops and looks at me. "But you are still with me, I was your master, I still will be, now set up camp." He practically barked at me. I roll my eyes. "Fine fine." I wave my hands and slowly go to find sticks and wood for a fire. I remember how to start a fire, so it should be easy.

Ten minutes passed and I came back with a giant handful of wood, I set up the camp carefully and looked around for a rock. It was hard to see at night, but the rain had stopped. That was the only good thing, but now my clothes are sticking to me and it was getting cold. I shiver slightly and kept looking, suddenly, a hard object struck my head. "Ow!" I spat holding the back of my head. "You need to look harder you dumbass." Cross sighs. I growl slightly. "You didn't have to throw it at me.." I mumble quietly. He rolls his eyes. "Just remember I saved your life." He reminds me, I sigh and shake my head, taking the rock that was thrown at me. I remembered that I couldn't use a stick and a stone to make a fire, I let out a long sigh and go to look for yet another stone. "This is so stupid!" I say kicking leaves everywhere until I found another rock.

After finding the rocks, I walked over to the sticks, clanging to rocks together, I set off a spark, which lighted a stick. I tossed the rocks away and watch the flame grow higher. I sigh and lean back against another tree, Cross is sitting across from me, staring at the fire. He lets out a sigh. "Did you make it into the black order or something?" He questioned me, clearly trying to start a conversation. I nod slowly not wanting to say anything, honestly I felt like sleeping.

Cross crossed one leg over the other and folded his arms together. "Clearly, you are not interested in having a conversation, you might as well go to sleep then." He sighs. Finally, he mentioned something smart. I instantly pull my hood up and lay down on the rough ground. "Thank you." I managed to say as I turn on my side and face away from him. He doesn't say anything, I hear movement behind ne and clearly he was getting ready to go to sleep. I shuffle a little and close my eyes, trying to drift off to sleep, the crackling of the fire was relaxing, and I started to fall asleep.

~Nightmare~

"Pupil! Get down here!" Cross' voice boomed throughout the old shack that we stated in, I was eleven years old and I was always getting into trouble. I jump up from my bed and instantly rush down the stairs. "Master?" I nearly trip over my feet and I clung to the wall. Cross slams a bottle of alcohol down and growls. "Debts, debts, debts. More debts." He repeats, I stand there not wanting to say anything, or else I would get in trouble. I open my mouth to say something, but he holds up a bag. "You, you will put this on, and go to this man." Cross holds up a picture of a scraggly man. "If you act like the way the outfit looks, he will give you tons of money, and you will give the money back to me." He tells me. I slowly look inside the bag, he reaches inside and holds it up. It was a stripper outfit! Tight little shorts that could show my butt cheeks, and all the top was, was a tight little shirt, with lots of cleavage. There was fishnet leggings, and high heel boots.

"M-Master! There's no way I could wear that!" I squeak backing up. Cross harshly grabbed my wrist and yanked me toward him. "You will put it on, and pay off the debts for me." He growls, his breathe reeked of old alcohol. I hiss a little and tried not to cry. "Understand." He says lowly, I slowly nod. He releases me slowly and gives me the bag. "Now go. Now!" He pushes me forward. I gasp and bolt upstairs to change.

I walk back out in the raunchy outfit, it was horrid on me. I had to wear it, to obey my master. I felt itchy and uncomfortable about it, I pull the leather of the outfit off my skin multiple times. I whine a little as I walked back downstairs, I go to grab my coat to put it around me, but a hand slammed against the wall. "No, you won't be wearing that coat, your going right now." He grabs my arm and pulls me out the door. I squeak as I was practically thrown out. "Don't come back until your done." He shuts the door, leaving me there in a stripper's outfit. I shake slightly and rub my arms, it was cold and windy out.

~Abrupt End~

I snapped awake in the middle of the night and gasp, the fire was burnt out almost, and the smoke was high in the air. My heart was beating so fast, I put my hand on it and sigh slowly. My eyes trailed over to Cross, out like a light, not to my surprise. My face turned to disgust when I looked at him, I had completely forgot how horrible he was to me. Now I remember, he made me wear hooker outfit's, and made me walk around like a hooker collecting money for him. I was used, nearly raped, nearly molested...I couldn't do that, there was no way I was sticking with him the whole way. I could care less if it was the middle of the night.

I was getting far away from him.

I slowly stood up, trying not to make any noise. I held onto a tree for support, when I pulled myself up, I turned around slowly, starting to walk off.

Snap!

The sound of a twig snapping awoke Cross instantly, I gasp and did what I could. I bolted as fast as I could down the forest. "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!" I hear cross yell as he stood up. I bolted faster into the entanglement of trees and leaves.

I was getting away, and fast.
