✘ spoilers for the conjuring (1) ahead!! ✘

hoshi had been begging you to go on a date with him. after weeks of his complaining and begging, you finally decided to say yes. (insert say yes by seventeen here) you picked out a white t-shirt with ripped skinny jeans and a red flannel to tie around your waist. your hair was in double french braids with little red bows at the end of each. you grabbed your phone, straightened out your hair, slid on your tims, and walked out to find hoshi waiting in his car.

"come on! we're gonna be late." he yelled.

"well sorrrrrrrrrry..." you sarcastically replied.

"was that sarcasm?" he asked.

"no, it wasn't." you sarcastically replied, again. hoshi laughed.

"you're great." he laid one of his hands on your leg and drove off. playing on the radio was 4 Step by SF9. you and hoshi sang a long to the song and danced. he showed you some of the new moves he made up. you laughed at his creativity. when you arrived at the movie theatre, you both frantically ran inside. you bought your tickets for The Conjuring, got your popcorn, and hurried into the theatre. by the time you both got in, the commercials were over and the movie was just starting.

"hope you like scary movies y/n." he whispered to you.

"i'm not a scared-y cat, unlike you." you boldly replied. hoshi laughed.

"haha, very funny y/n. i'm totally not scared of stupid movies."

"oh yeah? we'll see about that." you laughed under your breath. you had never been scared by a horror movie before. sometime in the beginning of the movie, hoshi slipped his hand into yours.

"you scared or something?" you asked him.

"nah." he replied, eyes glued on the screen. the scene where the mom gets possessed was close by. the adrenaline was rushing through your veins as you wondered what was going to happen next. you couldn't peel your eyes off the screen, but you were worried that hoshi was scared. you wondered if his heart was racing as fast as yours. the mom was in the basement with the demon and as she turned around, the demon jumped out, causing both you and hoshi to jump. you jumped and buried your head in his chest and he hugged you and started to laugh.

"see? i told you."

"told me what?!"

"that horror movies don't scare me."

"bullshit." you replied.

"why?"

"you jumped too. don't deny it."

"it was only my reaction to you." he tried to sound cool with his reply but awkwardly failed.

"hA." you said, a bit too loudly.

"shhh!" was heard from behind you. you giggled quietly and put your head in his chest. he laughed and put his arms around you and gently stroked your back.

"you're so cute." he whispered.

"you too." you replied. you looked up and gently pecked his lips, then put your head back in his chest. he held you even tighter and laid his head on yours.

i'm sorry for being so inactive i fell off of my horse and have been in lOtS of pain and yeah :) ily all
